Love this Starbucks. They are out of cake pops often but it’s due to being so popular. Love going to get the vanilla bean frapp! Employees are quick, polite and patient. Thankful to have this Starbucks!

I went in and saw the most beautiful barista! Her name is Chloe and she is so beautiful and makes the best coffee! I’ve never met someone that glows the way she does and it makes my day when I see her. I hope one day to ask for her hand in marriage.

The staff is always so pleasant and professional even when they are incredibly busy.

EVERYONE there is friendly, no matter how hectic it gets. We usually order through the app to save time and when I go in to pickup the order, I ask for a pup cup for my dog and they do it without hesitation. They greet me with a hello and a smile! Just love this place!

First time for me. I tried the strawberry funnel cake frappe. It was really good. Quick service at the drive thru.

The drive thru was quick and easy on a Friday evening, unlike other times I have gone. The drinks were delicious but not overly hot and prices have drastically increased. Good but not sure worth the $12 price tag for two drinks. Could get the same at neighboring coffee shops for under $6 total.

Went to order a drink, employee named Bailee was rude to me when I was confused about something. I dont come to Starbucks that often and dont know the lingo that well.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They shared a tidbit about the App that is going to be useful. They didnt have a carrier for all my drinks so they helped me carry them out to my car! Above & beyond service!

Thanks for the nice stop on our way through back to the Pittsburgh area from the allegheny national forest. We were specifically looking for a bathroom along our travels and my wife saw Starbucks and wanted a coffee. However, Im sure its thanks to this wonderful pandemic, there was a sign that said the bathroom was closed. I ask the young lady behind the counter if she knew if any restrooms that would be open nearby and she told us we could use theirs! THANK YOU!

Warmly welcomed by a kind and energetic staff member! The coffee was terrific and the facility was so clean. I live about 2.5 hours away- but when I am in town, you can be assured I am stopping here the next time I am in town!

I used to have a 5-star here… but I can’t say that anymore. They never have anything… they are out of things by 11am…This part isn’t reflecting on the employees..but the parking lot and design of this place is absolutely ridiculous. No way to exit the drive-thru with 25-30m wait times. No where to even go once the line wraps around the parking lot. People can’t even get in and out to park enter or exit. Whoever did this site selection and design I think graduated last in their class. They had any number of other locations they could have chosen….Lakewood has tons of real estate for sale.Paper straws too…they taste disgusting and ruin the drinks….and whatever -they want to think they are saving the planet fine, but maybe they could be long enough to fit the cups and not fall 2” inside. Dumb.

Starbucks isnt my favorite but the service is good here. Sometimes the line is too long to deal with though.

This is the busiest Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The parking lot is impossible to get to since the drive through people line up all the way out the entrance of the parking lot. I ordered on the app and was told it would be 21 to 26 minutes... the employees were obviously overwhelmed and running around like chickens with their heads cut off, I actually felt bad for them. Drinks and food were as expected but it did take a long time to get them.

Sorry. 1 drink and 2 cake pops plus standing there with the order sitting there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment doesnt work for me, not to mention $10 for no real nutritional value stinks.

My daughter told me she wanted James Charless signature refreshment, the Pinkity Drinkity. I didnt see it on the menu, but asked for it anyway. The barista laughed and said they did have it, but it was just called Pink Drink. My teenage daughter set me up...but Starbucks found the humor in it and therefore, so did I. And our Pinkity Drinkities were fabulous!

I first went through the drive through where there was a miscommunication and i got an incorrect drink but i called and a gentleman assisted me and told me to stop back. I did and he corrected my order and got me an amazing drink which is my new favorite. Great customer service 🖤

Love it! Absolutely amazing place with amazing service and great, teas, coffees whether hot or iced, all kinda of drinks.

Really my order is not that complicated and since they no longer hand write it gets messed up over and over. Come on no ice, dont froth the milk and I want fresh hot espresso! Very hard and complicated.

Pretty nice. They always have stuff in stock. They only use one register at night one hour to closing time, so it will be a long wait. Other than that good staff and service.

Slowest service ever! Going on 25 minutes waiting inside for two drinks. They are more concerned with the drive thru.

The workers were polite and kind, they did mention they were having issues with thier Brewer. We ordered a coffee and tea, both werent hot enough, luke warm. Kind of disappointing on a cold day. Other times we have visited its been fine. I like redesign, much more open and more seating.

Wonderful experience this morning! Went to Starbucks for some hot tea and Shelly made my experience even better! I have a cold so I’m stuffed up and she realized so she was very caring and even offered me honey with my hot tea. She had a smile while taking my order and while cashing me out. Such a warm-hearted lady. Thank you! :)

Stopped at this Starbucks on the way to Pittsburgh. The Café area is clean and tidy. The service was excellent! Me & my boyfriend were greeted with a smile and a hello. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who waited on us, I think it was Amanda? Drinks tasted great, flavorful and perfect temperature. She offered to warm my pastry as well. Its been a long time since weve been to a Starbucks that has 1) This level of customer service and 2) The drinks that were made correctly and with care. Kudos to this Starbucks and thank you for caffeinating us on our trip! :)

Everyone is always friendly, my drinks are always good, and I can count on getting through the drive-thru quickly on all but the busiest days.

Always very cheerful service and they’ll replace their mistakes for nothing, and usually upgrade you to the next size or offer to give you something free, just for your trouble. Great service.

Staff was friendly. However we ordered 2 decaf coffees that needed to be pour overs as Starbucks rately has brewef decaf. They were quite horrible....very weak. As a side note, we drove quite a distance out of our way to get to a Starbucks. We always go to a starbucks when traveling and its usually worth the effort. We could have gone to McDonalds or burger king for less stress. All in all.....very disappointing.

Well, the food is good. The drinks are phenomenal. I like a caramel frappuchino with 8 & 8 with extra caramel drizzle (and a Jeffrey flip) plus, a bagel with butter. Its the perfect place to go to catch up with your friends. And if youre a regular .. Its where everyone knows your name.

Took forever making Drinks for inside patrons because they are to worried about their drive thru times!

It is a Starbucks, so there is overpriced coffee and theyre almost always busy. This location is a little tough as far as in and out being right off Hwy 394. It is a smaller unit with a wrap around drive through that is always busy.

If the name on the employee aprons are correct, avoid Jeff unless you enjoy an extra helping of attitude with your coffee. If a manager reads these reviews I think its time for some training in basic courtesy.

Your typical Starbucks. Not much more can be said other than it satisfies what a Starbucks should be. I wull say there is a very friendly staff though. Very polite and personal.

Usually I have pretty good service here but the last two times were not so good. I order using the mobile app. When I got there today my order was not ready and the item I ordered was not available. So the whole idea of ordering a head... FORGET IT... I ordered from my home in Jamestown and drove to Lakewood. It took me about 10-12 minutes. So frustrating. I am generally a patient person but Starbucks isnt cheap and I expect a higher level of service for the price. Get it together Starbucks.

Easily accessible, plenty of parking and super fast drive thru service along with a comfortable seating area should you decide to stay for a bit make this a nice Starbucks to visit (especially considering its the ONLY Starbucks in the area).

Go there everyday in the afternoon or the morning, staff is great and coffee is good and strong.
