Long line but friendly service

First time visit and stopped to pick up a few items, its OK and just like every other CVS. lol

Terrible!! I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. They have been good until the past year or so. Since then they have been terrible with service. I’ve had to come back nearly 50% of my visits after being told the script wasn’t ready (after a text saying it was). Drivethough waiting time is unacceptable, I am currently writing this while sitting waiting in the drive-through with two vehicles in front of me for nearly 20 minutes. I will be in the process of switching who will get my business after one of the workers, told me on my last visit, that they are shortstaffed and have to many clients.

Sometimes I come to cvs for snacks or something else 🤔. Or maybe pick up money gram or western union

The worst pharmacy in Jamestown, absolutely ridiculous what a freaking joke, cannot answer phones, trying to fill multiple scripts I do not even need, then bill my insurance, causing issues at other pharmacy as insurance sees all these attempts, will not do the paperwork to fill my test strips for diabetes, had to switch to Rite Aid and 0 issues there, except the fact of CVS trying to still fill same scripts without my ok. And I have called for days no answer to try to correct this.

Absolutely absurd when there are only 3 cars ahead of you in the drive thru & it still takes 30+ minutes, and still in line! UNCALLED FOR!

Every single time Ive been here to do a moneygram transaction, Ive been told moneygram is down everywhere. However whenever I call other moneygram locations Im told moneygram is up and running. This leads me to believe the associates here just do not want to do moneygram transfers and if thats the case its highly unprofessional. Today I was told that moneygram called us personally, yet I called 2 other locations and there is no problem.

Horrible. Order was placed at 1. Its now 10:30 and they told me its still being processed. Should never take that long to get a prescription.
