I called to have our overhead garage door opener replaced and they came out the very next day! The installer, Jim Dorman, was exceptional! There were some issues because of the construction of the garage but he solved them quickly. He even programed our car to open the door for no extra charge. Everything is working smoothly. The best part is that the total cost of parts and installation was 29% less than their Jamestown competitor. I would give them ten stars if that were an option.

I originally called Peterson Overhead door and they would not come look at my door. They just told me that my door just does what it does and there was nothing they could do to help me. So I gave ODC of Jamestown and they sent someone out 2 days later. He replaced the sensors, a broken hinge, and the weather seal on the bottom of the door. I have not had any issues since and will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Came the next day and resolved my erratic door closing issue. I was not present when the technician was there, but was pleased to find a detailed report waiting for me. Very competent. Very reasonable charge for a skilled house call.
