Stopped by Thursday after work for lightbulbs. For being a locally owned store there service was terrible. Since when has it been ok to sit on your phone while your at work.

I stopped in this afternoon to see if they had the wheelbarrow, and some new hand tools they didn’t have the wheelbarrow and there hand tools are very expensive. I ended up leaving with nothing I’ll probably give them another shot.

I stopped by right as they opened today around 915 the women behind the counter was on her phone so she must not have heard me ask where something was. I walked around never came and checked on me I ended up leaving and going to Home Depot.

Great store with a nice selection of things you need to get a project done or even pick up a small kitchen appliance. Staff was very helpful, store is extremely neat and clean, and I’ll definitely be back. So much easier than the big box store.

Fantastic selection. They have what you need, from bird food and gardening, to the most obscure hardware part you can thing of. The hardware fasteners section put big-box stores to shame. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Like any hardware, they may not have *exactly* what you want, but they will help you get the job done.

I’ve been a regular customer since this location opened about two months ago, buying small things here and there. It has been convenient having them close to my house. Tonight I came by in an emergency at 6:55 pm (they close at 7 pm) as the kid working was locking the door. Rather than let me in, he stared at me blankly through the windows like I couldn’t see him. I yelled to ask if they were open and even tried to just get a thumbs up or down gesture from him in case he couldn’t hear me. Ended up having to take my $174.38 order to Home Depot.

Friendly and personable staff! They have a wide variety of products. I love that I dont have to go to a big box store to get what I need. Glad that they are open!

I went in to get toilet bolts the price tag for the bolts said 2.89. I went to cash out an the run up for 4.89. I said something about the price tags on the shelf being wrong an then paid the 5 dollars. Well a male employee wearing a red mask proceeded to tell me that I switch all the bolts around and that I was just trying to steal. Instead of arguing I walked out and then he proceeded to follow me out of the store calling me a thief and telling me that Im not welcomed there again. Literally the worst customer service Ive ever experienced sisnt know if I was going to have to fight this employee or not because he didnt stop till another gentlemen stepped in
