I can not give enough thanks to Jamie for her help today. I was a frantic mother calling because my son needed an immediate appointment due to him being told he did not pass a hearing test to get into coast guard, we were never aware of any hearing issues with him. Jamie went out of her way to stay late and take us in for an appointment when she could have been home with her own family!! I would without a doubt make the drive from fredonia to Jamestown for any future needs myself or family has and would highly highly recommend Jamie at Valu hearing to anyone who is ever in need of any hearing assistance.

Jamie Parasiliti did a thorough and very informative hearing evaluation for me. She took her time to describe each part of the evaluation process, and gave me a copy of the complete evaluation. She also answered all of my questions regarding my current hearing issues, and the potential need for hearing aides in the future. This appointment took over an hour, and there was no charge, and no unnecessary sales pitch! I highly recommend Jamie as a hearing service provider.

At my first visit Jamie took the time to listen to my struggles of hearing, Then did the a thorough hearing test, when done Jamie took more time to explain why I need the hearing aids that she is recommending for me.
