Recently had them remove old wheel bearings and press new ones in as well as ball joints. Did it quickly and for a good price.

Took my 81 Corvette here, was hoping to establish with a good shop for repeat business. However, they only did half the job (which included charging me for them to use Zip Ties to fix the car - see pictures) and didnt fix any of the main problems the car was brought in for. Bart Arnold ( the owner ) said he wouldnt do the rest of the work because he didnt have time. Called shop to try and get a solution to the issue before posting a review but the owner swore, used profanity and rude language on the phone. This is shockingly unprofessional from a small business owner. Will not be recommending this shop to any of my car guys, very disappointed with this experience.

A part they installed 8 months ago failed (no fault of theirs) and they are replacing it at no cost to me.Very happy!

I took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. When it was done, they said the back wheels were spot on, so I only needed 2 wheels aligned, and they charged me accordingly. I would have never known the difference. The honesty is awesome. Thank you!

I took my truck in for an alignment. They told me they needed to replace a tie rod end in order to do it. They gave me a quote for both services and said it would be done at the end of the day. I picked up the truck and paid as quoted. I took a front wheel off to do another repair and see the new tie rod end, however there clearly was no alignment done. None of the parts that would be adjusted and greased have been touched at all on either side of the truck. I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle to them. This was highly unfortunate given their reputation and their recommendation to me from family that has given them their business.

Quickly figured out what my truck needed and fixed for a great price!

Service was quick, vehicle was repaired and drives like it should, communication was good. $1026 for an UCA, 2 front calipers, 2 belts, and an alignment. Seemed about right with the going rate for labor, plus I was on a time crunch and unable to do the repairs myself. *My complaint, and the reason for only two stars, was that when i picked my vehicle up my drivers seat, steering wheel, and arm rest were completely brown with dirt/rust. Someone had a rough day at work and got filthy, however as the customer i should not be able to see that on my seat - heck toss a towel down before you get in if youre that dirty. It took me over an hour to clean the cloth seat when I got home. Second issue was that the skid plate bolts got put in with an impact and got completely stripped out, and the rubber covering on the underside of the vehicle is missing - pretty unacceptable in my opinion... Do better Beeline.*

The first time I took a vehicle there they told me my truck was done and when I went to drive away my truck was driving worse than when I brought it in and they changed their story and then said that they werent able to finish and I would have to come back the next day. The second time I took my vehicle there they lied to me and told me that my truck had the wrong parts on it because they didnt want to do the alignment but I had 2 other mechanics check said part and it was the right part!

Wasnt expensive and my truck drives great!

Came in for to get an alignment done and they told us the tire rods/steering rods were bad. We didn’t receive a phone call to let us know about other issues besides alignment nor did they offer to let us look at the issues with them. Decided to take it to K&W automotive for a second opinion and the tire/steering rods are completely fine and DO NOT need to be replaced any time soon. Very disappointed with Beeline, felt as though I was being scammed. Glad I decided not to have any work done by them. Would not recommend getting work done by them unless you’re very familiar with your car and can back what they “suggest” you get done.

Was fast, did everything needed. Was unfortunate that two other customers had opted to not wear masks. I also understand it is nearly impossible to enforce and am not blaming staff for this.

I have an SUV that after a 1 mph collision with a snowy/icy curb, the alignment has always been a struggle. Brought it to B-Line late Fall 19 and they made it better, but not perfect. I lived with it until I had my tires rotated and the left pull was noticeable.Went back, they found the rear alignment was also off. Fixed that. Re-rotated the tires in an opposite pattern and it seemed to do the trick.Punchline -- They did not charge me a red cent for this extra work that took over an hour! They have a customer for life!So rare to see a company stand behind its work as B-Line.

I brought my 09 impala down there for an alignment, was turned away for a bad wheel bearing. $400 with an alignment. That’s a lot of money, but whatever, Fine . Called them in the morning to find out what side the bad wheel bearing was on, the man had no idea and after I asked if there was an estimate put together and I was going to do the wheel bearing myself and bring back for alignment he hung up on me. Called back found out his name was Bart and them he straightened up told me he would have to put it back on the lift and find out what side and I was lucky I wasn’t being charged for the inspection. I think this place is crooked and my sister also had a lug but broken off by this company with extra charge to fix it . These guys are jokers I would recommend going somewhere a little more trustworthy!

I rebuilt the front end on 05 Buick LeSabre new lower control arms hub bearings iner and out tie rods rods I took it in for alinement they never done the alinement but charged me for it. Because it is still chewing up the tires.I also took a 95 Chevy 3500 we put on new lower control arms iner and outer tie rods streering box and pitmin arm. Took it to them for an alignment.It still pulled to the right we took it back because it wasnt Right.They got mad at us and told us the new parts u just put on r badThey cant be trusted

They were able to get me in the next day and had my car done within couple hours. My car was slightly off after sliding into a curb last winter and they were able to get it fixed. It handles much better now and feels new again. Thank you beeline!

Recently purchased tires for our camper and had installed at Beeline Alignment. Very happy with the customer service and professionalism with them. I had a problem with their service, so I went in to talk the Manager..The Manager came out, I explained ... He said he would do a recheck for nothing..

They were able to get us in relatively quickly, however, they were rather expensive. I should have done some shopping around, but I had a good experience with them many years ago when they were done by the river so I was going off of that. A little disappointed this time. I was specific when I went in that I didn’t want to put a lot of money into it this car and ended having to pay more then what I was quoted.

I have never been more upset with anyone as I am with Bart down at Beeline! I spent over $1,700. on my HD 2500 only to have it back in very poor driving condition. He refused to guarantee his work and the parts that were purchased. Also, my truck after being in his hands came up with more problems with faulty parts...that I did not have before taking it there. I DO NOT RECOMEND taking your vehicle to Bee Line!!! He robbed me of my money and gave me back a truck that now needs hundreds of dollars more work. I will be taking my truck to Freeman or Rock Diesel, and I will NEVER go back to Bee Line!!!

This was a good shop when I first used them. I spent 1,000s of dollars using their services. My last two experiences ended up being robbed by the business. They took parts from one of my vehicles and replaced them with subpar parts. Xenon headlights were replaced with halogen. Engine cover was replaced with the symbol missing. Missing clips from where they illegally removed grill attachments to access headlights.The worst part is they had no reason to be under my hood stealing parts when the repair was ball joints. 3 days for a one day job. I inquired on the second day and was told, Not everyone has two vehicles to drive. This was Bart(owner)when I wanted my vehicle after having more than enough time to fix it. It obviously took more time to scavage my vehicle and try to hide that fact.My Nissan 350Z was butchered to the point of costing me towing expenses, and lost time from work because Austin destroyed the radiator attachments that secure radiator to the radiator support. It literally came loose from the radiator support as I was driving it. Bart stated that his mechanics didnt do it after charging me more money to remove the radiator.Theives, arrogant individuals. Luckily its a civilized world.I would strongly encourage you not to take any vehicles to this business. If you do its at your own risk. They steal youre higher end parts and replace them with lower quality parts thinking the customer will never notice.Bee Line..you under estimated this customer.*********UPDATE*******I am finding more theft and tampering as I look further into my SUV. Unbelievable. I stopped driving it for fear that after these men ravaged my new purchase, that it will only break down. I strongly encourage you to stay away from these people. If you value your vehicle, find an honest shop. Im not suggesting that these people rob every customer, only those they think they can get away with. Please save yourself the problems that these men will create. Particularly if youre a woman. I went in earlier this year for them to do an alignment and along with that they also told me what was wrong with my vehicle. Upon their review, they told me I needed to replace my calipers and that my steering arm was bent. The calipers each (at their appraisal) was $120 each and the steering arm (used) was $100. I found the calipers online for $45 each brand new and the steering arm costed me $50 (used). After purchasing all parts and tools needed to replace said parts, come to find out, my calipers are just fine and the steering arm was not bent. It was my tie rod end, a $20 part. I am SO thankful I didnt hand out $450 to them and not even fix the actual problem, but also have a loss in money from buying parts that I didnt even need. Such a huge disappointment and I will not ever be back.

Ive been having constant issues with my brakes and have replaced brake pads and rotors 3 times in 3 years at another mechanic! When I brought my car to Bee Line Wheel Alignment they not only did a great job on my brakes but found out the real issue with my brakes and fixed it so my brakes stop wearing out so quickly.I called at the end of the day and they got me in the next day and fixed my brakes that same day!
