I’m an aspiring (that’s optimistic) runner and I walked in with no idea what I was doing or what I needed. I actually stopped by on a whim. All I knew was that I haven’t improved in months and I feel quite a bit of stiffness in my run. The staff was SO patient, kind and above all very knowledgable. Jayson took the time to make sure my new shoes fit, helped give pointers on my run, and gave me tips on training to see some speed improvements. I’m truly appreciative and finally feeling some motivation again. If you’re considering stopping by Velocity Multi-Sport and Cycling, do it, it’s worth the trip.

The wife and I came into Velocity this afternoon to get her a new bike. We came in and immediately found one in our price range. The service was phenomenal as well. Granted, a a free beer doesn’t hurt.

Had a disc brake issue that I couldnt figure out how to fix during a race week, and these guys drove my bike from the course to the shop and gave me a fix to save my series! Cant thank you enough!

I brought my bike in with intentions of having them replace the cassette before I sold the bike. They quoted me only $10 labor for the job, but then convinced me to not have them do the work, since I would most likely loose money after all was said and done. They additionally told me my bike was worth $225 in as is condition, while I thought it might be worth $100. I sold the bike within 13 hours of posting for $225. Thanks to these guys advise I made an additional $125+ on my bike. I will definitely return here to have them do work on other bikes, since I am confident they are not just trying to pocket my money.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with each of these individuals. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. You can tell it’s a passion for them. We each purchased a bike and now my one year old got to go on her first ride in her bike trailer! She loved it! ☀️❤️
