The staff are always on top of their game. They are knowledgeable about diff. Vapes and flavors. Service is always fast and pleasant. This is my go to spot for vapes and cigs.

Thank you to the guys that help me figure out my vape cartridge was good for my pen and didnt make me feel dumb like the staff the two days before hand that I came in trying to figure out what my best needs were.

Membership is helpful at times, but its expensive. Ive never spent less than $20 in this place. But its the closest place to home. 90% of staff are so willing and helpful, never pushy or rude!Thank you for being patient 🙏

The staff here are usually nice. My husband got a snotty cashier a few times. I couldnt do 5 stars because the price of their vape juice is super expensive. We moved here from AZ and we had a regular vape shop that charged $15 for 120ml bottles. For the juice I got with these guys it was $28.99 for a 100ml bottle. The juice is good but we wont go back. We found a better place that has good quality juice with affordable prices in Ft. Atkinson called Vapor101. Plus the customer service is better at Vapor101.

Selection of vaping products is narrow but most the staff is good. Prices on tobacco products is fair, but vapes are a little high.

I have my favorites. They do have a lot of items here but some things are more expensive than other places.

The disposable I purchased didn’t work. They refused to exchange for a working one only hours after purchasing it and having a recite. I’ve been a loyal costumer for over four years but I won’t be back.

I like all the x treme smoke locations because theyre all basically the exact same..the only problem with that is if your looking for something rare or hard to find. If one location doesnt have it,,none of the other ones will either.. They should get more products and have each location specialize in something

I really was never a huge fan of the place, but more or less appreciated the convinience. Prices can be a tad high sometimes. But the reason they get 5 starsis because of the people who work there. Very knowledgeable and generally friendly crew (we all have bad days). I also love the fact that they started selling discs for disc golf. A lot of cool accessories miscellaneous items. Id like to see more. But the crew, especially Craig, are super cool peeps.

I really enjoy going to this smoke shop. They have a wide variety of things youre looking for...glass pieces, cbd stuff, vapes, tobacco products, incense, etc. I usually find something every time I go in and look around. The staff is friendly and willing to help out when asked. Their prices are pretty reasonable and would recommend checking them out!

I went there for pipe tobacco and found a very limited selection, it is getting harder to find. What they did have was somewhat pricey.

They were very helpful with all my questions. Very respectful. I didnt feel uncomfortable. And i left with a rewards card! I will deffinently be coming back here❤

Store is well organized and it’s easy to find whatever you need. Only thing I had an issue with was calling the store. I called to see how much a pack of vape pods would be and they told me I’d you bring about 15 dollars that will cover it and you might get some change. If I’m asking how much something is I want to know the exact price (before tax). I just found it weird that they didn’t even look. As soon as I asked about the product they told me the 15 dollars would cover it.

Great employees. Had an issue with a couple items (not stores fault) and the average shop would usually not give replacement but went in and was taken care of tremendously. Every visit me and my girlfriend are taken care of with no problems.

Its a good store for various things, very clean and organized.. The only thing that sucks about it is the pipe selection isnt very good. They have 3 cases and they are all mixed up, different prices, most are not blown well and the hole in the middle of the pipe is way off to the side or to big.. I would recommend this place for everything other than pipes. Go to the Mark for that

Bought a 30 dollar vaporizer on 7/13 and a large juice. The vaporizer worked great in the semi until I went to charge it. Charger doesnt even fit in it and it wont Charge.wife tossed the receipt. So out the money.owned it for 4 days and now its junk. Buyer beware.

Very friendly service and a large selection of vape products, juul, cigars, cigarettes, cbd products, candles, incense and more. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the incense is quite strong and Im not a fan of having to smell something that not everyone likes in a business. Otherwise great place and I can see my husband and I going back!

Came in to get some quartz dual coils and the employee did not even know what I was talking about. She tried telling me you didnt carry them, when I could see them in the case. Maybe try properly training your employees and then I might consider shopping here again.

Bought a Coil for my Vape and they sold it to me as it was already open and they explained to me that sometimes they have to open them for customers to be sure the customer is buying the correct one which I understand, However, I was sold a faulty Coil and they refused to replace it because she said sometimes that happens and there is nothing they can do about it. They just lost a customer.

Never was told about the two week return policy, spent $80 on a mod and not even a month later it wont accept a charge. They said cant do anything about it.

Always busy with no order to the chaos. Customers cut in line, workers could care less and pretend to be knowledgeable about their products, especially with the CBD products.

Got carded after my 1000th time never being carded. Odd. I guess the older you get, the younger you get to this stores manager (; as someone whos CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY buying tobaco, EVEN SNUFF (NOT SNUS, SNUFF) its just odd to be carded. The other smoke shops remember me enough to know better, this one dosnt seem to care. Although I guess some old geezers decided to say they werent carding people under age. Bah...no reason to treat a common purchasser like a complete stranger. I smoke enough that im probably more cancerous then human lmao. But, other than this particular store and their habbit to forget faces, (it is their job to card after all...) i continue to not go here, and go to the smoke shops that greet me with a smile, and remember what i get. Customer service is important, and remembering your customers who are killing themselves with your products is important.

What a complete disappointment. First of all the store was understaffed and the staff that was there was not knowledgeable or helpful. My friend was home from the Marines and we wanted to pick up some cigars to enjoy while he was home. We walked into the humidor and it smelt like mildew/mold. The humidifier was running full blast, so much so that a lot of the cigar wrappers has moisture sitting on them. Every cigar we grabbed was squishy like a sponge. Im willing to bet you could have squeezed a couple of them and water would have came out. Yes it was that bad. When we told the person working there about the condition of their product they said thats how they like to keep it. Needless to say I will not be going back. It will take quite sometime before rotate all of that bad inventory out of the door. I hope they discard it and start over. I will not go back. I will buy cigars elsewhere.

Good variety of smokes, e-juice, vape pens cigars. They will get busted though soon as they are selling to minors and selling to others that hanf over to minors just outside the door. (other smoke shop is worse though)(Edit for reply, no I am a regular as is my husband and we see this all the time as well as knowing you sold at least once to my underage son until I described him to you then you stopped. We have witnessed kids handing money to the adult then the adult purchasing and giving the kids the smokes outside on many occasions. If you take it serious maybe get an under cover involved in a sting. Just saying is all. ) I still choose your shop over the other in town (either X-tream smoke) but Milton specifically is the cheapest and closest and not shady like the others on that road.

Fast and friendly service. I gave the sales person carte blanche to pick a juice flavor. After a few quick questions I was out the door with a flavor I enjoy. There are a lot of vape places around, X-Treme Smoke is worth the trip.

Dont forget your ID or else youll get kicked out basically. I went inside with some buddies of mine but I wasnt buying anything, I was just coming in so I didnt have to sit outside. The lady wouldnt sell my friends anything because I didnt have my ID, I didnt know I had to have my ID to sit inside a store. ._. So I had to sit outside for about an hour. Irritated me to say the least.

My boyfriend and I walked in while the employee was helping another couple, so we waited patiently for him to come over and help us once he was done with the others. While we were waiting, a bunch of other people also walked in. Instead of coming to assist us since we had been the ONLY other people in there initially, he ignored us and started helping everyone else that came in MINUTES after us. Really frustrating and inconsiderate. We left to take our business elsewhere.

Very happy with the new vape guys and lady. Was dissapointed the first time in there and they made up for it with someone experienced helping me get the swag vaporesso. All in all recomend this place if your in jville. Recomend this model for beginners. And 4 stars goes to the man and lady who helped me out.
