My 12 year old grandson worked hard to save for PlayStation VR it stopped working after 2 weeks. When purchased we did get a warranty on it, but lost the paperwork. We went to GameStop today and they told him he did not purchase the he warranty which is a straight up lie. So my broken hearted grandson is out 300 dollars. Shame on you lady😡

I was able to exchange a gift at the store instead of mailing it back. Very neat to just browse through games.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They take the time to answer all of my sons questions while never making him feel rushed. Were always informed of any options available. We look forward to seeing staff members. The store has an amazing selection. If something is not in stock, they are willing to take the time to order for pickup from the store or delivery to your house. My sons pre-order list can be long. They always make sure its placed for the correct system and inform him if there are various pre-order types for the games. (Standard, Deluxe, Ultimate...) We have NEVER had a bad experience and are frequently there. Highly recommend for game lovers!!!

This place is awesome and the people there are great but I didnt see a whole lot of ps3 and xbox360 games or and displayed consoles and if you return a game you wont get your moneys worth other than that its a great place and recommend it 10/10

While this is a chain, staffing matters. The mall in which this location can be found has more shuttered store fronts than open ones, but this location is still worth the trip. They almost always have in stock whatever Im looking for, either new or pre-owned. If they dont, they immediately check surrounding stores to see if you can get it sent to them, it if you want to go for a drive and get it yourself they are happy to set it aside for you. While I can understand peoples complaints about low trade-in offers, Im a collector and rarely have cause to bring something in to them. Their generous inventory of fan merchandise is always worth a look as well, and they often have gems in clearance.

This store is overwhelming. There is not alot of elbow room. Helpful and friendly customer service. Quick service even though it was packed, the day after Christmas. It really does benefit having a member reward card, sign up!

Good store for used games. The staff helped answers questions I had, which was very helpful.

Been shopping at GS since I was a kid, have always been helped time after time after time after time. Its also nice that I can have an actual conversation with the people here

Very helpful staff, I went to buy a used game, they got me a new copy of the game with a membership for a couple bucks more than the used game.

Its certainly a good option to find good used games if your on a budget. For new games and trades in however. Your better off buying and selling online.

Very helpful for the Janesville Mall location can be a bit crowded at peak and certain times like after Holidays when sales are current. If they dont have the item in stock they will have it shipped to the store.

Ive always gone there to get my games but I really dont appreciate getting yelled at when i miss hear a price or when Im pulling money out and the cashier is taping the counter a million times a minute like he has more important matters to attend to. if there was a EB games near by thatd be where Id go. but for now thats the only place i can go for decent used games.

Disappointing experience. Was told they had an item being release on Friday, pre orders are not available and it’s first come first serve. Went on Friday first thing in the morning only to find out they released it early and sold out.

Want almost every game on the market here you go FYI they dont sell really old games

Typical Gamestop. If you do reserve something from them be vigilant and stay on top of them because they no longer call when your item arrives. I preordered an non video game item and never got it because I didnt know the release date.
