Been going since it opened. Prices really high even after liquidation sales prices. Can see why they are closing the doors.

A great place to take the kids. I like to send them off to browse on their own while I look at video games or electronics. They often have really good clearance deals and are very helpful if you have questions. I recently bought a bunch of accessories for the discontinued Disney Infinity series for about a dollar a piece.

Friendly staff. Very helpful when we showed up with $3000 dollars to buy toys for the childrens hospital in Madison. Gave us a personal shopper and discount for what we were doing. Left with 3 trucks and 2 cars full of toys before we were done.

Lots of good stuff still left. Most of my items were 50 percent off. Friendly staff. I feel sorry for the way their employment will end.

Typical Toys R Us. I gave four stars because they dont ever have enough people working the registers. Usually its one person who works a checkout lane and the returns counter at the same time, so it can take forever to check out.

Its pretty picked over.. nothing left in electronics. They do have some Incredibles stuff, so the is a positive. The staff is amazing considering the situation. Sad to see it go

This place is closed now. They had it coming. They were way more expensive than all the other stores in town. I dont think they even did price match. I feel like the owners had to of seen the competition, but they decided to keep their priced high for some reason.

Went to look for stuff for my daughters baby shower there was an item that I really wanted had no price on it there was a girl in the corner who had just gotten off the phone I asked her if she could scan the item for me and she had a really crappy attitude like she didnt even want to do it! Besides her having a crappy attitude the store was also filthy!

Horrible customer service! Definitely will not be going back! Thanks to the rude lady working in the baby/stroller department tonight. I came in to purchase a particular jogging stroller that i saw online and wanted to try it out in person. The tires were completely flat and about fell off the rims with my son in the stroller. The associate laughed at me while helping another customer and then apologized to her for my concern!!? Im sorry that I was a bother to you, NOT!!! Ill be spending my money elsewhere!!

Sad theyre closing. Great deals til June 27, 2018. Thats there official close date. Very overwhelming theres so many toys to look at.

Old store with narrow aisles. Has a ton of merchandise though. Great selection,but be ready to look.

The store is clean with a variety of toys and video games. Prices are not the best but they are never too pricey. Staff where kind to me and helped me find the toy I was looking for. Even did a price match for me froma competitor. Must visit for any collector or toy nerd in the area

Found some really cute sleeping bags and a light-up musical toy for the baby! Clerks very polite and actually come up and offer help 😊

Huge selection, but cashier wasnt very knowledgeable about which gift card works for the local movie theater. She would have been happy to sell us any of them regardless.

I went there today to get a small toy for my daughter and came out with 10 couldnt believe the great deals and could not pass them up. This place is fantastic.

I have noticed that the man in the wheel chair Mike has not been working a lot. I miss him.He knows where things are in the store. I have seen your other empolys laying on the floor. They have walked a way from me. I have seen them in the coner talking. mike loves his job. he makes sure you get your answers. He keeps kids from missbahving. I know he has worked for you for 21 years. I sure do miss him.1-15-2015 I saw Mike out and about. He was so sad. He loves to work. He wants to work. He shows up for his job. He is there early. He would stay if they need him too. He has to be deathly sick to miss. He needs the mony for gas mony. He goes nuts not working. His 21 years of service and they can not even give him one day a week. He used to work 3 days a week. He did tell me that people around him told him to recive legal help. He is loosing his smile.I would like to know when Mike will be back!
