My Dad, Denny S, recently visited Elite Hearing Center. He has tried multiple places in the past, with several different types of hearing aids with no success. As soon as he got there, he knew this was different than the other places. April was so kind and attentive, she helped him find the perfect fit for him. My husband had a pair of Phonak hearing aids. They were only one year old when he passed away. Since my hearing was deteriorating I decided to use his hearing aids. I called Elite Hearing Center to have them adjusted to my hearing loss. I was scheduled the very next week. April gave me a thoroughhearing test, programed my aids for my hearing loss, replaced the tubes & speakers. She even took the time to connect my aids to my phone so I could adjust volume using my phone. I was expecting to pay for this service, but April said there was no charge and told me to call anytime I had questions.

Ive recently purchased hearing aids. Its taking a little bit of time to get used to them and adjusted. Between April and Lacey theyve done an outstanding job of getting me used to them. I would highly recommend them they take their time. Theyre patient and they listen. And April didnt seem to want to just sell me anything just to make a buck. I would highly recommend

I found Elite Hearing to be most professional and able to articulate exactly what they would and would not be able to do for me regarding my hearing difficulties. The first meeting for testing established my problems and what my options were. The new aides performed well above the aides I had been wearing. Once this fitting was complete their follow up service was equally impressive. Small adjustments were made to enhance the performance and future visits were scheduled for making sure I was happy with my purchase.

Outstanding Sales and ServiceWeve worked with a number of people at Elite hearing of Janesville and they all have been excellent to work with. They were very good with the initial fitting finding an instrument that would fit our budget. When that one didnt work out, they found us an even better unit for the same cost. Onward 1yr+ and 1 aid failed, they were able to quickly get us a warranty replacement at no cost. Even now months later, they are great to help with the occasional service and supplies. Highly recommend them.

From the very first visit both Lacey and Joanne were so fantastic. Joanne spent a lot of time to make sure my she explained all options to me before I chose to purchase and then time to make sure things were set right for more comfort. Lacey is a joy to be greeted by when you enter and makes sure you know where to be and when. They are a great combination to work with!!! We lived in Town of Beloit for over 12 years, Elite Hearing Aids in Janesville took care of my husbands hearing aid requirements before moving to North Carolina for retirement. After moving to North Carolina my husband had problems with one of the hearing pieces to his hearing aids and we could not find a hearing air location that serviced his brand. We contacted Elite Hearing in Janesville Wisconsin and after a couple of phone calls we were able to resolve the issue and obtain the correct replacement parts. My husbands hearing aids are working as good as new now, and we could not be happier with our outstanding level of service provided.

I took my elderly mother in for a new hearing aid and we received excellent service. Not only did the Joanne help get my mothers hearing back, but she also made her feel very comfortable throughout the whole process; she even sat and listened as my mother chatted her ear off. Iam so impressed ! I recently took my 85 yr.old mother in for a evaluation. She received a cochlear implant a year ago. Leaving her existing ear in doubt. She felt that she was deaf in this ear. After one of the most through exams I have seen she has been fitted for a new aid. Amazing difference in her hearing and understanding of what she can hear. Also one of the most caring,compassionate Dr. and receptionist I have seen. I highly recommended them !

I went to Elite Hearing in hopes of getting a hearing aid to replace an aging one. I was very pleased with their professionalism and personal touch.. I received my hearing aids within a week of ordering them! Joanne was extremely helpful and I would recommend Elite Hearing of Janesville to anyone and have already done so!

This hearing center helped my 88 year old dad with his existing hearing aids. We thought he needed to purchase new ones but Joanne and Lacey checked his hearing, cleaned his hearing aids and adjusted them. Never charge you for services and didn’t sell us product as they felt his didn’t need replacing as had great quality ones. Recommend if your parents are having issues with their hearing aids .. to go here. Nicest people and very caring. Took their time helping us too.

Have been ‘sheltering in place’ for months with my sis in Wisconsin . Don’t know when I will feel comfortable flying home to Boston. Cord connectors broke on hearing aids . Elite hearing center in Janesville saved me two times. One for each ear.They had the parts there . I got in right away . The gals fixed the aids while I waited, a short time. Great customer service. I was really impressed and thankful that I could hear again. I know where to go if I have to think about new hearing aids.

My greatest experience by far getting hearing aids! After the most comprehensive exam, Joanne explained the results and all my hearing aid options. Have been going there for many years. I noticed a change in my left ear and went to see Lacey and Joanne. Joanne gave me a very thorough exam and suggested new hearing aids. The pair I had were over 5 years . I was fitted for a pair of the Phonak Audeo Marvels. These are very comfortable, and the fact they are rechargeable is a definite plus. I also like the fact I can adjust them with an app. Joanne and Lacey were a joy to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who might need help with their hearing.

I had some challenges with the first recommended set of hearing aids but after explaining to Joanne what was going on with them she suggested a pair of Signa hearing aids that are working great for me. I had trouble hearing in several situations, I finally decided I had to do something about it. I recalled issues friends had years ago with hearing aids and how they seemed to have more problems than they had good results.Elite Hearing Centers and Joanne really changed my mind. I was given the most complete hearing exam I have ever had and after that Joanne determined the proper hearing aids for me. The order only took a few days to receive and I was fitted with my new aids.What a difference they have made, my wife no longer has to repeat things when we talk and she is able to stay in the same room with me when I watch television because it no longer blast her out of the room.What a great product and people to work with.Do yourself a favor see them about your hearing issues you will be glad you did. My husband Steve has had hearing troubles and hearing aids for years. We have always used our health clinic here in Madison, WI. We had a set of hearing aids given to Steve and we were told to use Elite Hearing in Janesville to get the help we needed in reprogramming them for Steve’s use. I called and spoke with Elizabeth who is so sweet and we got in right away and then John helped with sending them in to Starkey to get help with making them work.
