Have used Sherwin-Williams paint for many years now... Great quality! On top of that Ive had excellent customer service. One of the managers there in particular, David, went over and above to help me in a project for our church. Really appreciated it!

I received knowledgeable help from the sales associate regarding a special project with wood and polyurethane.

Sherman Williams in Janesville Wisconsin the associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

I am not sure if I caught this place at a bad time or what but the gentleman that was working was all by his lonesome self and let me tell ya, he man handled the busy rush with about 11 customers. I didnt catch his name but he had red hair and I couldnt have been more impressed with his professionalism. He made a bad experience go to a great experience in minutes. I hope he gets what he deserves and is recognized for his great work and his ability.

The staff, especially Nick Ooley, are very well informed and helpful. They have worked with me and my contractor on a few projects lately and it has been a breeze. The Janesville location also played a significant role in the remodeling of the Rock County Historical Societys museum center and administrative offices. We are giving all the credit to the strong team at our local Sherwin Williams!

Check the ad carefully - even the tiny print. What I wanted in paint was NOT included in the 30% off sale - disappointing.

Too much gossip between the female staff. Non employees have free range in the back area, female boyfriend. Female staff were smoking out the back door with females boyfriend. Inappropriate talk with customers. One young employee a redhead man was professional and helpful.

It took me a while to get helped (they were very busy and only one person working at the time) but they were very helpful and the paint is awesome.

All of my painting needs have been purchased at the Sherwin Williams Janesville location. I relocated out of Janesville in 2014. Now live 70 miles North but continue to shop at Sherwin Williams in Janesville. They know me and always provide the service I look for. Recommend the paint, the store and its staff.
