Had to have a sales rep to help with an online order, he had never encountered the problem I was having before. It took 2 hrs to finally checkout the refrigerator I was ordering for my elderly parents. I have to give the Sears guy credit for hanging in there & seeing this to the end. I had already tried to get one everywhere else & they were Sold Out, luckily my husband thought of Sears.

I went I to this store and paid $1400.00 cash for a refrigerator on the 14th of January. I made several phones calls in an attempt to find out why it had not been delivered and requested that my money be refunded. On February 17th I finally received a return call telling me the refrigerator had been delivered. That was news to me as it had not been delivered to my home. After several more calls I found out the delivery would be rescheduled for February 22nd due to weather, however it never arrived and no one called to even explain why. I contacted the delivery service and was told it had to be rescheduled yet again for the 23rd. Again on the 23rd it did not show. I called again and was told the truck broke down. On February 27th when the frog did not arrive between 8-12 as we were told I contacted the delivery service and was told they could not get it delivered today. At that point I got upset and told them I was going to file a law suit.nHe said to let him make some calls and he would get back to me. I received another call from a delivery driver that they were on the way. At 7pm when the delivery finally arrived it was a pickup truck. The $1400 refrigerator wa laying on it back. I have the photos to prove it. A word to the wise. Dont buy anything from these people. Unless you are just looking for a really bad experience.

Had a refrigerator in stock ready to take home. Home depot did not have any refrigerators in stock available to take home.

Waited a month for a refrigerator to be delivered, it never came so we wanted our money back so we can find a refrigerator because ours went out!! The would not give all our money back! Made us pay for the delivery that never happened!

Store has obviously changed management.Store said 9 to 6. Arrived at 09:10 walked in an was greeted by we dont open till 930. I left an returned at 930. Only this time door was locked. Waited a couple minutes finally a young couple appears an keyed the door from outside.I still dont know what role the first guy played.Aside from young girl who checked me out, the other two werent very knowledgeable, look for it to be closing soon. Not go back until new management

Worst customer service ever. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Look at the previous reviews how many bad reviews can you get in one month. Buy elsewhere.

Got a mower and they wouldnt give me the sales price that was posted. Was told it had expired even though the tag said it was still good for 2 days. Called customer service 4 times now and they have been absolutely NO help at all!

Great place to shop, had plenty to choose from it was nice to have staff that knew their product and werent pushy !

They keep calling and telling us that no one is in our area to fix fridge the day of appointment. Don’t buy anything from them. It is even under warranty. It’s been two months dealing with them and still nothing. Parts are sitting at the house but they don’t show up it fix it. Paid over 200.00 for the service that has not been done.

Store was clean and had a good selection for a small town. sales people were friendly.

Charged me 122.00 for delivery and I didnt need I picked it up instead. They didnt give me a refund. Very disappointed and I will not use them again.
