I ordered 6 pairs of shoes online, and was supposed to pick up Im sostore. I paid over$300.00. then they messed up and had it set to ship. The customer lady helpede cancel the order. I then went into the local store on Jasper, Al, and found 5 of the 6 pair I needed before we were told to get out. Very rudely. Then when I went to pay the girl and guy working, said they dont take Google pay. They took apple pay though. Very rude people. Dont need to be in a job working with the public. They acted like they had never heard of Google pay, and then acted like they dont know to do it. LosThey lost a $300.// Sale in because they wanted to act so superior.

Not much for little babies who are just starting to walk. Great sales going on now (9/23/20) and cute array to choose from either men or women.

Nice store, friendly staff. Pretty good selection, also. I have visited this store many times in the past and always walk out with something and satisfied with my shopping experience.

This place was so squeaky clean! Good selection of shoes and some accessories. They seem to almost always have some kind of sale happening. The employees were very nice, they greeted me as I came in and immediately offered help. Prices seemed comparable. Definitely worth checking out.

Just did a walk through. Their shoes are getting more and more expensive and the quality is going down. I will never buy any of the new brands with those cheap meaningless soles. I need a substantial sole and theres only a few being made well. For now Im sticking with Sketchers DeLites.

Staff is nice. The prices are great,and the have name brands. They dont have Under Armor. There shoes are the cheapest in town the sales are great. I have never had a bad experiance hear.

Came in to purchase shoes and found the shoes I wanted. I went to check out someone was in front and the cashier and manager had to look up the persons information to check her out. They spent ten minutes and it was not resolved. Instead of opening up the register I was next to, they both continue to stand at the register to help the customer in front of me. Even though I applause their efforts, all I wanted to do was to checkout and go home. One of them should have moved over to the other register. Unfortunately I will go back because they are the only ones that have the shoes I want.

Its been better! The girls keys tied to her thats makes it unbearable. Probably wont shop this store again

Good for kids shoes good feals

They use to carry a wider variety of styles of shoes than they do now mostly sneakers and dont carry all brands anymore .Last couple times I took my teen son we ended up going elsewhere and I havent bought shoes for myself there in 2 years Im really disappointed.

Good service a decent selection of shoes at an average price rate but there deals are amazing so if they have them go and get em another thing is some of the shoes they had I wanted they didnt have my size and I asked if they had more in the back they said all on display is what we have I wear a size 10 and half and what do they have back there in the back a room full of shoelaces

I was in jasper,al shoe carnival Monday. A man tried returning well worn 3 month old shoes. The lady KINDLY stated she can not accept them because against policy And from what I understand she was upholding CORPORATES policy. He wanted money for shoes I would buy at the thrift store because they were so worn. He spoke to her like she was a dog. It was absurd how he spoke to her.I’m still in the store and this man comes back and states he called Coperate and they stated he COULD return the shoes. This makes me so angry. Not only did he treat YOUR EMPLOYEE like scum. He got full payment back for his filthy gross shoes. This man took complete advantage of your store. Why do you reward bad behavior? Why not have your employees back and ask them what happened first? He got his money back in full and this is a slap in the face to people who ARENT scum and who work hard for their money. It’s also an awful representation of the company to how you treat your employees.
