They take my truck straight in for an alignment.. Needless to say my whole front end needed replaced.. Only 1000.00 bucks.. BAHAHA NOT HAPPENING. Just had the front end replaced has all new parts what a joke!! I will never go back their OVERPRICED!!!!

Personnel seemed very knowledgeable. Had oil changed, tires rotated, balanced & ABS work done & was done pretty quickly. So far so good.

I’ve taken my car there many times before to get my tires replaced and one time one of the people working on it stole about $60 worth of cash from me. Lovely. Im glad I could donate to a charity case cause obviously they needed it more than I did. 🤍

Things can get a little pricy here but I asked for something to be replaced and they let me know it didnt nees it at this time and saved me a little over $400 for now so I am grateful for that. Friendly employees.

Better than the local Havoline in my opinion. I needed an oil change, new brake pads, brake fluid, and two new rotors and while it did take about 2 hours (actually a short amount of time I think) I am thoroughly impressed. The other place took 4 hours just to change the tires. Firestone had to check out the struts and shocks as well within those 2 hours. Definitely coming back here again for more work in the future. No one talked down to me (Im a 26 year old 5ft female so it usually happens) and they actually listened when I told them what I thought was wrong with the cars AC (a future repair) rather than try and upcharge as much as possible with a bunch of extra tests and checks. No one came to me with asinine things like replacing a tire sensor for $70 (otherwise how will I know my front drivers side tire is flat? And isnt that orange light annoying?) or a back windshield wiper that looks old. They fixed the problem I came to them to fix and acknowledged what else needed work and recommended what to do but didnt push for the sell or refuse the work because of X or Y not also being paid to be done. Never going anywhere else as long as Im in Jasper.

We have always had a great experience at Firestone. Always greated with a smile and have had us in and out in no time. Even without an appointment we have always had the best service. Todd and his crew are amazing!!!

I’m do not live in Jasper but was working there and my tire had an air leak and I took it this location to get a patch or plug. They told me that due to the air leak being on the edge then they wouldn’t be able to plug or patch and I would need a NEW tire. I asked them to show me where the leak was and they showed me the “general area” it was in and I declined, kept enough air in it until I could get back to where I live and had my usual place check it out and come to find out the leak was over an inch and a half into the thread and was plugged no problem saving me over a hundred dollars. Be careful, they tried to pull one over on me.

Really the top notch service you expect with this brand. My family has counted on them for years and I am gladly continuing the tradition. Shopped what I needed through their online website, called to verify and make the appointment, and they were even able to get me in a little early. Tire prices were the best price for what I was looking for. Great C-19 procedures in place ensuring techs and customers were wearing masks, and providing them to those that didn’t have them. Was in and out with in an hour and a half, and had a good understanding of what was done and what to expect out of my service. Would definitely recommend for all your car care needs. Todd does an excellent job at this location.

AMAZING service. Walked in on a Saturday morning. Manager helped me. Gave me the recommendations of tires for my truck. Actually recommended the lower priced tires. They were busy and still had me out of there in less than 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend this store specifically!!!

Ive been taking work car there for years without any issues.

This place is a joke I drove my perfectly running and driving vehicle there and dropped it off and 5days later I got there to pick it up the rear end is busted and when all they had to do is a simple brake job. The mechanic had to have drove my vehicle like he stole it and was spinning the tires in order to cause this kind of damage. Timothy Young was the mechanic and Ive done spoke with a lawyer since their corporate dont even want to make it right.

The people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me understand what all was wrong with my car. The only downside was that they are extremely overpriced. However, they do guarantee their work. So if something isnt right they will fix it.

My 90 yrs. old father attempted to walk home in 90+ temperature. He had to cross 4 lanes of a very busy hwy and was seen leaning against a building hot and exhausted. A good samaritan noticed he was in distress, identified herself and ask if she could take him home. He accepted. He was told it would be a 2 hour wait for his car, he did not have his phone with him and no courtesy to use the store phone was offered nor was he offered a ride home.

I had a appointment in and out quickly, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Clean, Cool waiting area spaced seating per Covid 19 regulations. Employees were very nice.

Great place to have your car repaired

Everyone was nice but the mechanics there couldn’t even firgure out what was wrong with my car Suspension after three attempts but thanks to J’s Automotive’s in Adamsville they figured it out first time and fix it.

Friendly people they were great able to get our truck in to fix.

Nice place. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with my husbands truck but they were honest about it and didnt charge for the diagnostic. And the dealership cant figure out whats wrong either so I cant really hold it against them.

Driving home from work I hit something and had a huge hole steadily leaking air out of my tire. I called Firestone and pulled up at 5:55, no exaggeration I pulled out of the parking lot at 6:03! Quickest service Ive ever experienced and they were so friendly! Thank you so much!

When ever my truck needs a big fix, I try my hardest to come here because theyve given me great service in the past; and although my car seems to be working great, one of the mechanics has an attitude. I could tell that things werent great for him when we met this morning because he made a slight mistake in understanding what service I wanted and when my husband corrected him he told my husband that I told him thats what I wanted and I had to correct him once again. fast forward to my truck being serviced and everythings done and its time for me to pay, hes there again along with another guy who was actually nice! well the price given was eight hundred and some change and I told them the quote that was given to me and instead of looking at the screen the first time to check and see if I was right, the same guy with the attitude quipped you didnt have a problem with it when I told you this morning. And I told him I didnt hear that specifically because that was not the price he gave me. He didnt quote a price this morning. The one I had was from the paper that was printed out a few days prior from the inspection I had done. thats when he actually looks at the screen and realizes that he was trying to charge me for the wrong service and my service was actually 200 dollars and some change CHEAPER then the faulty price. He let the other guy who is super duper nice tend to me. We actually had a nice convo about kids clothes and best places to find a bargain for them. if Im not mistaken I think his name is Ryder (I glanced)if so kudos to you sir thank you for being so polite however i think Chris needs to work on not being a smart mouth. I still have a lot of things that I have to fix on my truck but Im still debating on whether or not Ill come back who knows maybe next time things will be a lot better!!!

I highly recommend if getting oil changed this be a place you have to choose from. Great, fast & friendly service. Arrived 10 minutes before closing . Did not effect the service we received at all. My husband and I were traveling from Louisville, KY to Tuscaloosa, Al for the holidays and had the misfortune of being stranded on the side of the road. We had to have our truck towed into this Firestone and the staff here was amazing! I unfortunately do not remember the name of the young lady behind the counter but she has exceptional customer service skills and talked to me knowing I was stressed. The great customer service did not stop there as the assistant Manager needs to be recognized for an outstanding job at taking care of us in what could have been a nightmare. We were in and out in 45 minutes (if that) and trust me they had their work cut out for them.I have worked in the auto repair industry and I know that employees with these skills are worth their weight in gold and can sometimes be over shadowed by stress of making the numbers. Please make sure that they get the recognition they deserve. The only bad thing about it was they are not closer to where I live so I can take all my cars to them!

If I could leave a second review I would, and it would be another 5 stars. Last Wednesday April 28th 2021, this Firestone corrected an issue Ive had with my truck for years, and that 2 separate GM dealerships fell short on. Over a year ago I had a gmc dealership in Athens Alabama, replace my power steering pump, both lower ball joints, a pitman arm, and the trucks steering gearbox. Around 8 month after at another dealership, I was getting an oil change, in Montgomery Alabama. They had to tighten the pitman arm on the gearbox and steering side After noticing it was loose.After a little over a year, and over 20,000 miles an Orileys remanufactured steering gearbox from the other shop (that only had a 3 year parts only warranty on it) had so much slack in it I could barely keep my truck in a hard right turn. Or on the interstate in high winds. It just wasnt safe to drive anymore.I brought the truck to Firestone, they replaced the steering gearbox, pitman arm, and installed some oversized allignment cams. They did all this while rotating and balancing my tires and putting a front end allignment on it, in a little over 3 hours with an appointment. My steering is tight again, thier part has a 1 year labor and lifetime parts warranty for the gearbox, and my steering wheel is straight again while driving straight. Thank you guys!

My experience with Firestone was terrible, reason why is that I take my vehicle for a simple oil change and few days later after breaking down on the middle of the highway I come to find out they took my oil out and never replaced it causing it to completely ruin my motor and do thousands of dollars worth of damages. After researching I found out this isnt the first time they have not done what they said they had done. The mechanic I took it to after showed that there was no leak and that it was completely their fault, and I want everyone aware that if you have any issues with your vehicle you do not take it to Firestone in Jasper because they obviously have no clue how to do their job or just dont care, either way spread the word so this doesnt happen to anyone again!

Got oil changed quick even though we came in over an hour late for appt. Still treated us well. They were courteous and professional at all times. Took no time to get me back on the road. Id recommend them anytime ur in need of an oil change and taken care of by someone thats trained on other things besides a register. They even remember the small things like reinstalling ur drain plug, haha....

Went to the Jasper store in need of tires for my motorcycle trike they ordered two 12” I went back next day to have them installed. They were a great team to work with me and get the job done.

Always friendly people working here, they get the job done fast. I suggest making an appointment though as they are usually busy

All around tire and auto repair .Seem to be be very knowledgeable of auto problems.Verify with you before they make repairs they take walkin and appointments. Cean and neat very curtious,waitingroom clean restrooms.Took our van in with multiple problems they located all of them and made the repairs we are very pleased.Had our tires replaced there also.They have their own credit cards you can get approved and start using your card in a few minutes.Highly recommend

This was by far the best automotive service that I have ever received! I was traveling and broke down and got brought to this firestone. One of the technicians, Daniel, looked at my car after work hours had ended. He stayed and replaced the parts that it needed and told me what to do when I got home to my home machanic. I can’t say enough about how great the service was!

We were traveling north from Florida to Michigan and got a nail in my tire. Tire was repaired in15 minutes and was back on the road. Wouldnt take any payment. Everyone was very friendly. I would do business here if I lived nearby.

Charged me 20 for an inspection before a tire alighnment and would not do the alighnment cause they said a ball joint was loose said it would be 400 to replace. Went down the road to b and b tires did the job for the same price and said the front end was ok
