Love going here. The employees are always friendly and happy to help with anything they can. Their computers were down today due to a transformer exploding but they came up with a quick solution of storing my items behind the counter with my name and number and called me when the computer systems were repaired and back up. Which was also just when Id finished my shopping at the nearby Walmart so it all worked out great in the end. Never had a bad experience here.

The cashier guy was very helpful. First time Ive been in here in years. The inventory was a touch low but I imagine thats from everybody purchasing game systems because of the covfefe.

The rep named Austin (has been a rep here for 3 years) answered my call then put me on hold without warning and never came back to the phone. While calling back numerous times he refused to answer the phone. Horrible service this rep should be fired and replaced immediately. Horrible representation of this great company.

I remember when GameStop started out in the mall selling classic games up to the new consoles. But now since they got commercialized they only sell new stuff. What happened to your original idea? The way they are now is ridiculous I stopped shopping there because they sold out

I would not recommend shopping at this store. This was my first and last time in this store. The employees could not get rid of us fast enough. Very rude to my ten year old son who had a list of games he wanted, but were not available at the store. We tried to order the ones not in store, but the cashier only ordered two. Now got to go through the whole process of placing another order online. Not pleased at all with this store. Not at all as I expected.

Company that likes to take advantage of their customers. They rip people off and get away with it. Prices are unrealistic and the company itself will probably go out of business. Do your research before shopping here before you get ripped off like the thousands of other people who shop here per year. Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, and local game shops are better places to go than gamestop. I hope this helps anyone who likes to spend their money wisely and get the best deals

It was great I took my grandson he looked at everything there and finally decided on 3 games they have consoles toys you name it they have it we stayed about 3 hours

Not a fan of Gamestops business practices. If youre trading in an item youd be better off selling else where for scrap metal. Staff is always nice but they are forced to try to rip you off.

GameStop is a great place to buy used games and consoles if you have the pro membership. They need better incentives If youre buying a new game or preordering it because its quicker and easier to get the digital versions on your console and the pre-order perks are nearly the same.

Slow to help. Not enough knowledge about game systems. Not enough gumption to do anything but what had to be done. When I asked about an adapter for a game system my answer was...oh I have no idea what you need maybe you could Google it and find out more information than I am able to give you.

People here are genuinely chill, easy going and easy to talk to. Ive traded a good number of items in and never felt cheated by them. All around good place to get your stuff at. They take games walmart wont thats for sure, like my Day 1 edition of Battlefield 1, Walmart said they couldnt take it because it was for PS4, Gamestop had no problems though. If youre thinking about trading some stuff in or buying some new games you really cant go wrong here.
