All these five-star comments are fabricated, do not waste your time. He is very rude when he gets in over his head.
Very professional PC repair representative. Have used his service for about 20 years now and have no complaints
Comfortable atmosphere for a techie, real nice guy whos been in buisness for 20+ years with good reason
Ive had several experiences at Jeffs place and all were great especially all those times he fixed my problem for free or told me how to. By the way now that I know they are selling used stuff i guess i need to stop by and check out prices!! Jeff in case you didnt recognise my 007 internet name this is Bobby Quinn.
Treats you like a friend and gives free advise
I dropped off an iPad a week ago and was told I would receive a phone call in a day or two to discuss the problem. I had my husband call after 4 days of not hearing from them, and still got no information. Im going to go back and get it and take it somewhere else. Not how you do business .
I have been into CES twice (last time will be today 12-4-15) inquiring about upgrading my ten year old gaming computer. I very polite both times and told them my budget was $500. Regretfully both times neither male party in the store was willing to take the time to discuss specific prices/brands on a an I-5 Intel Processor, Motherboard, and DDR 3 memory. Today they were more interested in eating their lunch then helping me out. Even after getting my name and phone number I could tell they were insincere about calling me back. They acted like I was either ignorant and/or stupid or both regarding computers and components and what I needed (and prices). They could not have been more gravely wrong. I have been building and repairing computers for over 20 years but just do not have the time (due to work) to do it anymore which is why I am seeking help for this upgrade. I actually had a list in my pocket with what I exactly with what I wanted (thanks to the Internet) but we never got that far with these gentleman after their behavior towards me.CES acts like they are owed peoples business and do not have to earn it. They are wrong and have gotten spoiled with little to no local competition. Go elsewhere (like Cullman, AL where I found am outstanding computer store), be treated with respect, and do not waste your time and money with this firm. You will be happier for doing so. If they treat people like this trying to do business with them..what kind of support do you think they will give you, after you give them your money, if something gos wrong with a computer they built. Something to think about...12-11-15..I have read the owners response. I respectfully stand by this review. Make you own decisions regarding CES. Ritchey
Come on! I fixed my own problem for 6 dollars. They estimated 100 as soon as I stated the problem. They didnt even look at me.
Great Service
