Example of you dont have to own a new building to be successful small engines expert on duty

We needed a carburetor for our walk behind weedeater and he looked it up and had the part in stock they were very knowledgeable and so helpful.

This man has always gone above and beyond to give us great customer service. I have no idea how someone can be posting negative reviews, based on our experience they have always been courteous and have gone out of their way to be helpful.

I was told it would be 4 to 5 weeks on weed eater. I said fine its been garage for two years. Then I was told it would be 5 to 6 weeks. I ask if they didnt want my business and was told no we dont need your business. I was shocked. They have worked on many items with no problem at all. But for some reason the woman ( I will not call her a lady) did not want my business. Which is fine, but to be so rude and ungrateful. This winter when things are slow i hope she remembers this day..

This man has closed due to Covid and has my husbands chainsaw! He doesn’t answer any calls and haven’t heard anything in WEEEEEEEEEEEKS! I would like to get our chainsaw and take it to someone who is open!!! He should atleast forward his calls so people can get in touch with him! This is ridiculous!

Was able to get exactly what we needed for our mower, will be going there for all our parts for it and our chainsaws. They also sale new mowers. Good prices and great people.

I’m only giving a star because you have to to give a review. They don’t deserve it. I tried to get parts for my riding mower and the owner repeatedly told me the size I was saying I had didn’t exist...48” commercial cub cadet.. that it had to be a 46” or a 50”. I even gave him the serial and model number off of it that he said was also wrong. That I must’ve been looking at the wrong number even though it clearly said serial and model number on it because there’s no such thing as a 48” cub cadet. He pretended to find my mower parts and I paid almost $100 for blades and ball joints. I got home and the ball joints were too big and my mower took three 16.5” blades not the two 23” blades he gave me...for a 46” mower that I repeatedly told I didn’t have. When I asked for a refund on the parts that go to my nonexistent mower all of a sudden he could get them for me but I had already gotten the right parts at Greencraft for half the price and they actually go to my mower. He also charged me a restocking fee because he screwed up and didn’t believe me because I’m a girl and so that means Idk what kind of mower I have. I also paid extra for mulching blades that were just regular blades because that particular lawnmower doesn’t have mulching blades. It has regular or serrated. He just seen a female that he thought didn’t know what she was talking about even though I’ve had this mower for 5 years. I highly recommend that you don’t go here especially if you’re female. He made someone else do the refund while he hid in the back because he knew he screwed up.

Very good small engine repair. Although a little slow. If it can be repaired they can get it done.

It took over 7 businesses days to get my mower back. When I did get it back they only charged me for what needed fixed. I didn’t see any real oversell at all from this business. 5 stars overall!

I wouldnt prefer anyone to take anything here. I had a carburetor cleaned and got it back and it still had dirt all over it and still stopped up called and said they could do it again. Dont trust them so Ill go somewhere else.

Waited over 2 weeks for diagnostic on my push mower. 2 weeks later no calls no diagnostic done. Went and picked it up. I can fully understand a heavy work load but complete lack of communication with a customer or so much as an apology for the hold up is ridiculous. Will never do business here again.

Everytime ive been there, theyhave had parts in stock that everyone else had to order, loved it.
