My new bike calls for 10W30 but there smarter than the Hoda engineer and said I should put 10w40 because Alabama is hotter than where the bike was built. Well it purity hot in the Indian desert. I went with 10w30

I had family to go to talk to someone about what to expect being a serious future potential buyer, but was basically laughed out the door. You need to have respect for all customers newbies or otherwise. Purchases that will be made in the near future will be done with another establishment that seemed happy to not only educate but help set a plan for them.

I have been going up to S & W Honda & Yamaha several times over the past month. I have been restoring an old ATV. I cant remember his name but the guy behind the parts counter is like an encyclopedia of ATV knowledge. He was a huge help in me getting it running. Now it starts on first attempt. They also had all the parts I needed.

I was guaranteed a good running go kart tore up after two weeks of having it, took it back up there they said it was not covered and charged me $50 Which was for the starter button that fell out after two weeks and the idler was messed up were it would not run very long without dying. This go cart has always been covered and out of the weather since the day we got it. And was only used under supervision. And this go cart was bought brand new right out of the crate for my kids Christmas

Place is worthless! Not only will they not assemble new bikes correctly when the arrive from honda. They will take parts off your bike and NOT PUT THEM BACK ON AND TELL YOU TO TAKE YOUR BIKE HOME!!!! How can you not put an exhaust back on?????

Went there to get my bike checked out, take it out of tailgate and as I’m talking to the guys they said it would be 3 months before they got to it. Ended up taking it home then to another shop that said he would only take a couple of weeks and they were both backed up equally!!
