Twice Ive been in the store and twice the cashiers have been rude. Go elsewhere for your shipping, printing, and fax needs.

The employees are so very knowledgeable and nice. Theycan answer any questions youmay have about timing of shipping and handling. Today one of your men delivered 2 boxes to my house 87 Bryan Ct. Dora, AL. I am in a wheel chair and it takes me a bit to answer the door. It was pouring down rain and he banged on the door and left the boxes on the porch in the rain and ran back to his truck. By the time I got to the door and got it opened he was driving off. This was the worst possible thing he could have done. I am not happy.

Staff is so so. Its cheaper at the post office and usually quicker but if youre shipping breakable items, let them pack it up for you. It will get there in one piece!

Love 30+ minute wait times when youre the ONLY person in the store? Incompetence? An army of octogenarians who cant get out of their own way? This is the place for you! Every time I go here, which is only to ship something next day air out of desperation, I swear its the LAST TIME. Youd be better off WALKING your package to its destination.

My wife had a fairly complex printing job. It turned out a little off but the manager was able to unbind the project and make it work. Good work.

Really sick of my packages being sent to my neighbor. Of course, this happens in Walker County! Even in broad daylight. Pure laziness and/or incompetence. Happened multiple times.

Friendly staff and they sell supplies. Can mail any packages, letters and sell stamps, money orders too. Printing, copying as well.

Friendly, very clean, and always dependable!
