Great expierence @ Custom. They ordered a few mufflers for some options prior to the work being done. Quality, timely and professional work completed on my scheduled day, they even worked in a state inspection. I understand why their lot is busy, dont let that keep you away. Highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.

These guys are awesome! I left work with a flat tire, showed up and they were swamped! Very professional, ran tests figured out problem. Fixed problem because, thats what they do. I had one auto shop tell me I needed a whole motor and Custom made it right. Low and behold I have a beautifully running truck that absolutely didnt need a new motor. I most definitely give this shop a 10!!

I initially went in because of a check engine light being on that only read for a crankshaft position sensor...assuming it was just that and they found a technical service bulletin that was required by the dealership to be done that exhibited the exact symptoms of my problem.So it saved me from possibly having the part replaced and still having the issues further.I really appreciate the honesty of their business and not just getting some money and sending me on my way.

On a Friday I Took a peice of exhaust tubing in to get it bent in to shape and the were busy as all get out and I asked the fellows at the counter when it would be ready the said i could get it monday sometime call back later that same day and they told me to come and pick it up that they made the time to get it in there busy schedule. Awesome service! They worked me in right away on short notice and had the exhaust system issue diagnosed and repaired in about 45 minutes! They were able to make the easy repair to the exhaust pipe without replacing the catalytic converter which would have greatly, and unnecessarily, added to the cost. Instead they were able to save me money while getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Thanks Darek Baker and your team. You guys are the best!

This place is great. I had a series of things wrong with my car and the folks here (especially Derek) were so incredibly kind and accommodating, helping me get to and from work while my car was being worked on. Very reasonably priced as well. I’m no expert on automotive things but I research all price quotes and found theirs to be very reasonable. I’ve honestly never had a mechanic organization be so helpful before. I’ll be taking my vehicle here for any future problems.

The guys at Custom Automotive were so helpful when I recently had a broken heat shield. They could have easily told me I needed a new muffler and/or tailpipe and I wouldnt have known any different. Instead they did a few tack welds and got me back on the road quickly, for a very low price. They are fair and honest. I trust them with my vehicle every time.

Derek and Dave Rock!!! They were awesome to my daughter by doing a mechanical inspection on a used car she was thinking about buying. They had her best interest at heart and it showed. I always call my step dad who is a certified mechanic down in Florida to get the info and could be issues before I go into any shop because of over pricing some mechanics do, and they have every time been conclusive with what my step dad says and like I said the pricing is great along with the service!!! I would recommend and is the only place Ill go from now on, here in Jefferson City!!!

My experience at Complete Custom was great. Staff were friendly,Accurate and Professional repairs on my 2001 silverado. The quote I got was fair and they gave me a discount for being a veteran. I was given a ride home while i waited and they offered to pick me up also. I am very happy with Complete Custom Automotive and will recommend them to my fellow veterans.

The only place that could get me in right away, first thing in the morning, they were great and fun to work with!

Very good service and ethical business. Repairs are done correctly at a fair price. They dont nickel and dime you with repairs that are not critical - but they do notify you about what they find while making your other repairs so that you are aware of them so you can plan (save money if needed) to have them done. If you want a quality shop to have your repairs done, this is the place to bring your car to.

I scheduled an online appointment with them once but these guys never reverted. So, I dropped off my Toyota Prius one morning for a complete service. They called me in the evening telling me that the vehicle is great and they have checked everything (ac repair, oil and filter change, brakes check). The vehicle looked in great shape and drove well for next 1-2 days. After that ac started making noises (like it used to). And drove back to them and the person at the reception told me that he could only fix it by evening as they were short of staff. I dropped off my vehicle, but these guys didnt fix my car for next 2 days. And finally when they call me, the told me that they cannot do anything about it. The issue was very Toyota specific and any effort to fix the ac might damage it completely. So, even after paying so much money and being without a car for almost 3 days, I was dissatisfied. I will never go to them again.

Not trustworthy! I towed my daughters car to Custom Complete Automotive in Jefferson City, MO. The car would not start. Brett said they would first start with the starter, but he thought more was wrong with it. He quoted me that it would cost $400 just for the starter. This was way more than what I expected, so I called two other places that quoted me $296 & $299. This was more inline with what I thought. I truly believe Brett was taken advantage of my situation with me having to tow the car there that he inflated the price on me. WAIT- It doesnt end there. To save money (with now having two tow bills) I towed the car again to the other place to end up having them tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my daughters car. The mechanic said the anti-theft was triggered in my daughters car causing it to not start. He said he knew it as soon as he tried to start the car to check for himself what was going on. The mechanic said any real mechanic would know what was going on by how the car was reacting. The new place did a no charge for me while Custom Complete charged me $23.45 (charging test). I was so upset with how I was treated by Brett at Custom that I called the main office in Columbia and spoke to a Deb who said the district manager was off that day. She claimed they would look into it and definitely call me back....Its been almost a month now with no call back. Be aware of being taken advantage of at Custom Complete Automotive in Jefferson City, MO.

Last week while in Jefferson City from out of town, I encountered problems with my car not starting and needed to attend an important meeting. While having about 30 minutes to get to my meeting, I called Complete Automotive and Blake came to my rescue within 5 minutes after my call. He took care of everything while I attended my meeting. He was able to get my car started, relocated to his shop, provide a complete analysis of the problem, and had my car ready and waiting! Not only was the service excellent, but the charges were unbelievably fair! Blake and Custom Complete Automotive have my highest recommendation.

My experience with this place was completely and utterlly ridiculous. The front desk service worker Dean is completely worthless!!!! I came to the business requesting specific things be done, Dean assured me that those things would be done. They FAILED to properly inspect my rotors, told me they were fine, as well as my brakes, did some other minor things and sent me on my way.Poor, poor, poor customer service!!! Failed to do a COMPLETE job!!!!!

Will not go back. Was charged $630 for a part that I was told had to be ordered from Kansas City, but when I questioned Joe about finding it here in Jeff City at OReilly for $358- he said I was not getting the same product or warranty that they offer. I asked if the car was drivable if I didnt get it fixed there, and he I wouldnt want to take a chance on any further damage so I left it there for repair. After looking at the bill, I noticed the part # was exactly the same as what OReillys had online, so I questioned it again, but then I was told its too late- I already agreed to the repair. I turned them in to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office to no avail. The letter they sent to the Attorney General in response is that they are in business to make a profit, not give parts away at cost. Almost double charging someone for parts is excessive in my book, and to tell a customer they dont know what theyre looking at online when searching for pricing, that online parts are cheap then ends up being the exact part installed at an outrageous price, is beyond me. They refuse to price match the part and stand behind what theyre computer told them to order. Now 2 weeks later in the mail, I have received 2 postcards asking me to come back for additional services- I THINK NOT. (and you cant even rate them a no star rating, so thats why I put one- I had to in order to post.)

Arial called me yesterday and said he would refund the money to my daughter. He appoligized for th the vehicle being returned in that condition. He assured me that the communication would be better in the future to avoid this type of issue for future customers. All businesses make mistakes and it is how they handle them that counts. When my daughter receives her refund I will update again.
