Shawn had always been good to me. He will go the extra mile to make sure everything sails so smoothly and will always have the time to talk to you like a person. Just make sure you communicate with him and he will work with any problem you have as long as your warranty is good cause we all know once the warranty is up on a car you are liable to fix your own car. Lol

These people are the greatest.. Very satisfied with the car and the price... Warranty offered and I got the warranty. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.. They even held the car for a couple days till I got my money.. When I buy another car.. I will definitely get one from them.. I would send any of my friends because I know they would be taken care of.

I don’t do reviews good or bad, mainly out of laziness. But I had to take the time and give credit where credit is due. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and never had an experience as good as this one. I purchased a 99 Toyota Camry (AS IS) from Beth Brian and Derrick. Less than 1 day after buying it I noticed it had a significant oil leak. I sent Beth a msg and that same day they were picking up the car to fix it at no cost to me. The y replaced the valve gasket, oil pan gasket and then had to replace the timing chain gasket. Since they were already waist deep in repairs and working in the area, they went ahead and replaced the timing belt, water pump and radiator for me as well. I paid $2200 for this vehicle and they lost money to ensure a happy customer even though I purchased the vehicle as is. Words cannot express the level of customer service shown By this team, and they have gained a customer for life. Thank you ultimate auto I will be back.William

Wanted to test drive an SUV around 9a.m. No gas in it and lady said her brother wont be in until noon and she has no personal money to put gas in the tank. Told us to come back at noon and her brother would take care of it. We continued looking elsewhere and ended up purchasing a pickup truck that very day, before noon.

HORRIBLE, I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THIS DEALER AND AFTER LESS THAN 45 DAYS I AM NEEDING TO GET A NEW ENGINE, FROM THE GET GO THEY CHARGED ME $100 MORE THAN AGREED UPON PRICE AND I EVEN RAN INTO ISSUES LICENCING DUE TO FORMS FROM DEALER NOT ALL HAVING THE SAME VALUE. WHEN PISTON IN ENGINE BLEW DEALER PRETENDED LIKE THEY WOULD HELP ME WITH A RESOLUTION AND THEN KEPT MY KEYS FOR AN ADDITIONAL WEEK WITH NO PROGRESS. I AM NOW PAYING ALMOST AS MUCH AS I PAID FOR THE CAR TO HAVE IT FIXED AND ALL THE WORK THE DEALER SUPPOSEDLY DID WAS A LIE AS WELL(TUNE UP, SPARK PLUGS) I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT MY CAR LONGER SINCE IVE BOUGHT IT THAN I ACTUALLY HAD IT. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE FOOL YOU!! CROOKS THAT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE BUYING THEIR FIRST CAR!

Beth worked with my husband and I to buy my son a car. We was in from out of state and only had 1 day to make the transaction. She was very professional and worked with us on ways to pay without having our bank in the state. In the end it worked out and we couldnt be happier.
