Fixed my tire balance issue after going to multiple places

Not one company is perfect and I wanted to share my experience with McKnight Tires. About a month ago I went to this company to recieve a new tire on my vehicle. The process was smooth but they accidentally put the wrong size on (I needed a 235 size and they put on a 225) and after about a month, my cars traction and steering wheel started cause issues. Finding this out I went back to the company very concerned since this had effected more than one part of my car, I wasnt the most pleasant to handle. Needless to say they handled the situation like champions. They had 3-4 mechanics and a higher up assist this issue with genuine concern and urgency. After a quick hour, I received proper compensation with an additional 3 tires (I rightfully paid for the 3 since it was the one tire that gave me a heart attack, also they maintenenced the balancing and stabilitrack all while checking back with me and asking questions about my vehicle to make sure they were servicing it correctly) and hit the road. I never felt a car drive as smooth as it did after they fixed it. The staff is honest and diligent. Thank you McKnight and staff for fixing this issue, you all are amazing! Also, they are hiring!

They treat you fair and have great prices on tires.

Went there for a popping noise in the rear and a bearing noise in the front. Charged me 1000 dollars for a rear hub assembly and didnt fix a single problem I had before going there. Never again will I nor anyone else I know go here.

Had a set of 275/55R20s with a little vibration around 65-70. Made an appointment for a road force balance since they had the proper machine. Took them about an hour and I was out the door. I was thrilled until I got back on the highway. It shook worse than before I dropped it off! Took it back in and they immediately started telling my it must be my vehicles drivetrain or a bad tire, theres no way it was their fault. They proceeded to have another tech take a wheel back off the front and put it on the balancer. Lo and behold, way off! Over 7 ounces off! The first guy tried to static balance my 10 wide wheels on the road force machine, obviously didnt know what he was doing. For anyone reading this who doesnt know, taking a road force measurement is one step better than a regular spin balance. It measures for bad spots in the tire or high/low spots. Normally you end up dismounting/remounting each tire to get the best roundness. No tire chalk or grease pencil used, nobody bothered to even move any of the tires on the wheels. Waste of money for the better balance. Second tech did each wheel properly and most of the shake was gone after another hour or more of waiting. Still wasnt perfect, could have been with more time and attention spent on the job. No apologies made, just a theres your truck its done as they pulled it up out front to let me leave. Wont be back.

I was far from home and needed help and they were amazing! My exhaust was hanging low and I was about to drive 200 miles and it was a Saturday. I called several places and they all said the same thing we dont do exhaust work on Saturday but these guys said to bring it in and theyd help if they could, and they did. I wouldve been stuck if not for their friendly, fast, and truly amazing customer service!Thank you!

Horrible!!! I took my car in to get new tires which they did have really good prices on, but being that I am a girl with not much knowledge of cars they tried taking advantage of me. They told me I had a tire rod loose and wanted me to let them fix it. Well I didnt have the money for it right then. I took my car to a trusted shop outside Jefferson City when I had the money to fix it.The mechanics thought I was crazy because there WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!!I will NEVER go to this place ever again.
