Looking for quilt fabric and ideas. Very helpful staff member assisted me and a friend. She was pleasant and patient and helped to add to the shopping experience.

We were in from out of town, stopped in to look for a specific fabric. They were very helpful and friendly. We didnt find the fabric, but found one that was similar.

Im always buying fabric. Most of the time it is to make pillowcases for Ryans Case for Smiles. JoAnns has a nice selection and you can usually find it on sale.

Great store for fabric, I used to remember they had a bigger yarn section which they do not now, that is disappointing other than that great place.

Stopped in here yesterday, everything went fine until checkout, the older lady checking us out kept complaining how she had to leave in “2 minutes” and after she had bagged up my items she threw my breakable onto the counter chipping it. Never coming back to this location again.

Bot the selection of paint I was hoping for but the prices were good.

Helpful staff. Following scheduled cleaning and mask wearing recommendations. Good selection of fabric. Store has been rearranged so things may not be where they used to be, so enjoy looking through the store. You might find new things you need!

Lots of fabrics, some pricey ones. They do have a good selection of notions and craft items. Usually only 2, maybe 3 people working. If there is a sale or special promotion going on then wait times or getting assistance can be a pain in the wazoo. Only go there now if I have coupons for significant amount off.

The guy they had working in the fabric area was very helpful and was extremely nice, we got some black fur and he was very nice and struck up a conversation with us, he also helped us when we asked about what coupons would work. The wait time was a little long because the previous customer was trying to get really specific measurements, watching him work with them was also extremely friendly. next time I need fabric I definitely know where to go!

Whats not to love. They always have what I need and more.

What in the world is going on here? Staff unaware of sale prices, where stuff is and never in store to help. Will show frustration to a customer if customer is slow. Will dart away if they see customer looking for help. Found staff in back room . . ALL of them instead of working. Prices going up . . sales are not really sales any more. Even if you read a coupon to staff that is on sale . . customer is wrong. I left and didnt put back items. Done with them and went to Hobby Lobby. Cheaper anyways.

Workers always seem in a hurry and bothered to help to help you. The actual store a a bit small with little variety but it is nice for some quick grab items that may be needed for crafting. The fabric selection is nice.

You can usually find whatever you are looking for. A little skimpy on scrapbooking supplies, but love the fabric selection and patterns. With the app you can get some nice discounts too!

Service is always great at the register. Just hard to find some items in stock. Having worked in retail before it looks like the inventory has been skewed and a whole lot of one color of an item is there but none of the item next to it

I hadnt ever been here until my better half wanted to get a sewing machine. Thier selection of them was ten fold of anywhere else we went. The ladys working their are very knowledgeable and personable. Tons of fabrics and we even found patterns for stuffed dinosaurs as well.

I love joanns and all the ladies that work there they are all so nice and very helpful. I love shopping in here also.

I would have have to agree that the few staff that is there, are over worked and under appreciated by their their employers!!! Or may I dare say, some of my fellow patrons. Hire some more help!!!I would travel from Fulton over the bridge, during constuction, to the Jeff City Joanna rather than go to the Columbia store. They never have what you need and taking a number for cuts I waited in line for a ride at a carnival at times. I wont get into the register. And the staff is just not the same as the pleasant people I used to see every week at the old store. So, yes hooray for Jeff City. They have earned me as a weekly customer and friend. Before and after the facelift/remodel. And your staff are the best!!!

Had just what I needed - invisible thread. Of course, they laughed when I asked for it, but that is what its called.

The staff at this location is just constantly terrible. They are often rude and there are never ever enough of them. Have practically never seen more than one cashier. Getting fabric cut is always a nightmare. Ive never once received a straight cut, and frequently I have to ask for them to cut a piece that isnt damaged somewhere. And its not as if they are simply making mistakes due to hurrying, because I swear I could build a loom and weave my own fabric faster than they cut the stuff off the bolt. I always end up going back because they have a much larger fabric selection than Hobby Lobby, etc., but man, is it just always awful.
