The store hours are not up to date. I went there thinking they open at 10, nope the website said they open at 11, nope...they open at noon. I drove 45 miles to just turn around and go home. 😠

Love this place, just miss my scrub they use to carry, Makes no since that you still have the Beach body spray & lotion, but dont carry the scrub, it was just the right texture.. ok still love the place and the customer service is always great..

I recently had to return a rather large amount of products that I had ordered online and the order was sent twice. I was reluctant to go to the Jeff City store after the horrible experience I had at the Osage Beach store but the girls at the Jeff City Store took good care of me and handled the situation with a smile. The girls at the store patiently returned my products and provided a refund. They even took the time to go thru the receipt I had and properly credited my refund. The whole experience at the Jeff City store was fantastic. I will happily shop in Jeff City from now on. Thanks girls! Yall Rock!

I have always loved Bath & Body. Everyone in my family knows if your a girl you will get a set of something from Bath & Body every year and sometimes even a gift card from there. I love the sales they have during the holidays, especially the buy 3 get 3 free, I can get a set for a family member or friend and the free set is for me! What can I say this store is packed with great products, smells and really nice employees. Never rude no matter how busy they are.

I dont stay in Jeff City but I stopped through while taking the kids to the carnival. Just in time for the 3 deals and I usely go for my basic and dont switch up but I got some new scents that I just love and so does my husband. A lady seen me grab it and smell and ask my husband does he like it and he did, she ask me how does it smell I said its smells great and she got a bottle also. Any place where the staff and customers are friendly is a place I want to be. Did have a bit of a wait once making it to the counter, but other than that great place.

Out of stock a lot of scents

Every time I have I go into the Jefferson City location the sales associate have been rude, particularly when at the register. Time and time again Iv witnessed them being extra nice to the person in front of me, even asking them if they have any coupons to use and if they dont then they tell them about them. But when its my turn I never get asked if I have any coupons and when I actually have a coupon they give me the hardest time about it. For instance today I went in to get wall flowers refills. The exact about scenario happens and my coupon was 10 off of 30. My total came to 29. Instead of asking me to grab another item, she immediately states I cant use it and she says it in a very rude way. So i grab something by the register. The total is now over 30. She then looks at the coupon on my phone and starts harassing me about where I got it from. She stated that if its not the original then she has to type in the code instead of being able to scan it. (Um ok type the small little code in and stop harassingme!) Further tells me if it came from someone else than I cant use it. (None of the ladies that were before me got treated like tbis or asked all these questions. Nope the sales associate made sure they knew about the coupons, and gave them great deals!) I told her next time Ill just stay home and do it online instead of being treated like this. Im done with the Jefferson City location! And thinking about not being a customer at all to Bath and Body in general. Your sales associate is so worried about my 10 coupon when they get 40% off and a lot of gratis products! This is how you loose customers!!
