We received a good welcome and good help in making a decision about which mattress we wanted to purchase. The salesman was very professional, courteous and helpful! Good experience so far. We are having our order transferred to another state for delivery there. Hope all goes well on the other end.

Zach was very helpful in showing us options to match our needs. We found what we wanted and purchased same day. We purchased 2 twin-sized mattresses last year for grand children’s beds and they have been comfort and held up very well. That sent us back to look when we decided to get a new bed for ourselves.

Outstanding service! Chris was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend this site. While I was there, the delivery truck showed up. The 2 gentleman unloading it were telling me that Chris is the hardest worker they know. Curious how many stores they deliver to, but apparently Chris is highly respected by his co-workers. We are in the process of moving and found that the guest room mattress and box springs was too large to go up the staircase. A real problem and we were worried about how we were going to get it resolved. I looked on line and found mattresses in a box and also found they were extremely expensive. My husband mentioned that we might look at Mattress Firm and are we glad we did! We found the perfect solution to our problem and at half the price. Zach, was so helpful, answering all our questions and pointing out what we needed and what would work best for us. We ordered our Kingsdown Select Malbec 14.5 Plush Mattress in the Jefferson City MO store. We had Great customer service, the tech we friendly, very knowledgeable, we did not feel pressured into buying but he stayed close enough for questions and Comments. We had a great experience with the Mattress Firm store in Jefferson City Missouri. Eric Thompson was our salesman and he was able to answer our questions and helped us to select what we hope is the last mattress we will need to purchase. We were able to take advantage of sales prices and found our overall cost were lower than we expected. I would recommend this store.

We spent over $2,000.00 on a brand new electric bed frame and mattress that goes up and down and then the sales people Christina and Eric assured us the platinum delivery service would take our old bed and they would install the new. Well the delivery guys were awful and very unprofessional. First of all they said that we didn’t have the platinum service and all they were gonna do is drop the bed off. I showed my paid receipt and called the sales people. The delivery guys argued with me and the sales people. Finally they agreed we had bought the platinum service but were all upset that our existing bed was still in the room, which the sales people had said they would remove the old and install the new. I am very upset with my experience. Completely unprofessional delivery guys all around terrible service I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place. They treat you like dirt and don’t have one ounce of professionalism. I will buy my next bed anywhere but here and I’d like to have my $150.00 platinum service delivery fee back as that was a totally terrible experience. Not happy at all, you need to train your people to work with the customer instead of making us feel like dirt.

Great customer service. The saleswoman even saved me money by suggesting better products that ended up being cheaper then what I selected. The purchase was quick and easy. I was also able to pick my items up at another location that was more convenient at the time.

While the service was great, we felt we were deceived when purchasing our mattress. We purchased a mattress through outlet for a discounted price, but the salesman never explained the outlet matresses were pre-owned.

Chris truly helped me out! I needed a mattress as soon as possible especially driving an hour away from home to get a new mattress. I showed him what I was looking for from their website and he showed me exactly what I was looking at. Even better, he showed me a better mattress! He gave me a great deal and even helped put the mattress into my (very small) car! This store definitely exceeded my customer service expectations!

I called the Jefferson City Mattress Firm and spoke to a guy named Rich! I told him what I was dealing with and the many surgeries I have had in just a year time and have not slept in 3 year because all of the pain I was in... He didnt rush off the phone or sound like he just wanted to sell something. I came in the store he knew I would be up at some point. I told him my name and he knew who I was right off the bat. Rich had already had the one set off to the side for me and said I think this is the one you would do best with! As I was in the store talking to him people came in he was polite and said excuse me for just one minute and welcomed others in the same way with the other 2 men! He was so helpful and showed me things and covers to protect my mattress and get more use out of it! I would not have ever known this Im glad he had the best customer service out of any place I have been to! Thanks Rich for your kindness and being helpful and kind! I went to the Jefferson City store to purchase a mattress for my daughter. Upon entering the store, Eric Thompson, the salesman greeted us and immediately stated the value mattresses are over here. I turned the opposite direction and said I would like to look at the mattresses over there. He showed me the wrong types anyway. We then figured out the type of mattress my daughter and I were looking for and went to check those out. When I had narrowed down our decision, Eric continued to show us low quality, cheaper mattresses. When I asked him why he said, Oh, I thought you were looking for a cheaper one. I stated I never said that, I even asked my daughter and she did not here me say anything like that. I felt belittled and that he had stereotyped me. I feel he did not answer my questions and had little knowledge and experience to be selling mattresses. Not the experience I had received at previous stores.

Employees are not salesman they are like counselors! Asked questions about our sleep comfort before determining which beds to try. Gave several options including the pillow he found we needed from our discussion. Let us try them on our own for awhile. Then helped us narrow it down. We left totally satisfied with our purchase!! Btw- we have slept so soundly with our new bed and pillows we wake up refreshed!! Rick is a man of integrity that is for the customer! True asset to the company! They need more people like him!

Avoid this store. Its like dealing with dishonest used car salesmen. We found a mattress we really liked but didnt buy it because the salesman kept withholding and changing warranty info. Also, the signs said 25 yr warranty, but then the salesman said at the last minute that now its a 10 yr warranty, so dont believe their advertising. We will definitely buy a mattress somewhere else, but we wont be going back to Mattress Firm. Way too shady, in my opinion.

They will rip you off!!! Me and my wife had purchased a Tempur-Pedic bed, frame, 2 pillows, and sheet from mattress firm. we had tried the bed out for 30 days and it caused us more pain than our old mattress. we had called to return the bed and they said that the mattress was returnable but the $1,500 frame that came with the bed was not. after much debate with them their final answer was and i quote we cannot return the frame because it weighs to much and the cost of re-stocking it would not be worth it. i recomend that nobody uses mattress firm, and if your looking for a new mattress i would recomend sleep number, thats what we switched to and we love it. and its 1/4 the price of a Tempur-Pedic.
