Bought a 40$ pair of pumas for my daughter on October 9th. The shoes seemed to hurt her feet when she walked so we decided to take them back on October 24th. She only wore them a handful of times so the bottoms were a little yellow but they still looked brand new. We had our receipt, but didnt have the box because we left it with them the day we bought the shoes. They said they couldnt do anything for us even though were pretty sure it was a manufacturing issue. Wont be back to this location, they dont take care of their customers.

We may be in a pandemic always know how to treat their customers the lady serving coffee and breakfast, I believe her name is Barb does a fantastic job so friendly and accommodating. The rooms for amazingly clean great experience. The only thing that was missing was a Tesla charging station, so I could drive the car of my choice.

Decent price. They carry my preferred brand of shoes.

Great help. Quality products. Decent prices. That was 2 years ago. Today, help was HORRIBLE. They were all worried about whatever they were doing, not worried one bit about customers. Found a product on my own, but nothing in my size. Tried to ask a sales associate about it. And all I got is everything is on the shelf. We can order it for you. as she was walking away. So, I left the store. Turns out, no you cant order it for me, that company has very few models that would fit me and the one I wanted isnt one of them. If this is the best you can do service wise, You might as well go to online only. Oh, they have the same shoe available that I bought 2 years ago, now for twice the price. BYE Shoe Carnival!

I wear a 10½ in the Nikes that I wanted, and the Jefferson City store didnt have them. So, they were able to order them from another store and they will be sent to my home for FREE because I have a rewards card with them! I was so excited!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I have always loved this store, the employees are always so nice and helpful, store is well stocked and priced about the same as anywhere else for name brand shoes. And I LOVE the fact that they carry the 4E Wide shoes in mens in the larger sizes. And the best part I didnt have to order them online and I went in the store found what I needed and was home within 30 minutes. (Because yes even though Im a woman, I hate to shop.) Just an awesome place to shop for whatever kind of shoe you need.

Shoe Carnival is located right off the highway off down the side road like most of them are. Therefore theres plenty of parking. They always have enticing sales. I like to shopkick there also and get my rewards

Just want to thank Matthew at Shoe Carnival for assisting me with a poorly made shoe. After less than two months my sons Nike sole came apart from the shoe more than half way. After contacting Nike & receiving NO assistance, they informed me to go back to the store. Matthew was FANTASTIC and understanding, recognizing that even normal wear and tear for less than 60 days could not cause this to happen. He gave me store credit which I used to purchase another pair of shoes right then and a bit more expensive (NOT Nike)... happy to spend my money here!Matthew is my hero today! A mom sure does appreciate this! Shoe Carnival has great sales, great customer service, and understand frustrated moms! Thank you!!!

First I want to say the ladies at the Jefferson City location were very helpful! I was in a hurry to buy new basketball shoes for my daughter tonight when we went in I asked for girls basketball shoes and they said they do not sell girls styles but they have a boys section I could look at if I wanted, being strapped on time I went ahead and looked. we did buy the boys style of fila high top basketball shoes. My daughter was very upset that now she has to wear boys shoes to play her first game ever due to timing issues. I would be more likely to buy all our shoes from you if you would start selling a girls style of basketball shoe please. When your playing sports at a young age spending $100+ on shoes is out of the question. If you can sell boys basketball shoes then you should sell girls basketball shoes. The online service is a big disappointment and there is no way for them to help you once you place an order through the store to the online service. I really dont understand how changing a shoe size is impossible for them to do especially if the shoe hasnt been sent out yet. Do not buy anything from the online store.
