My order got canceled because I only left a $1.00 tip on my card since they won’t accept cash. I would have gave the drive a bigger tip with cash once my food was delivered. But the owner said “it wasn’t worth their time” because I didn’t leave the “mandatory” $4.00 tip. A $10 meal would have been $20 after all taxes and tip. Very unprofessional.

For being a locally delivery service I support them. They are friendly and always go the extra mile for there customers. I used to use doordash and my experience wasnt that great and drivers didnt care of your order was right. The drivers kristin and Jacob with RapidChow are friendly nice people. Support local!!!!
