They are on the higher end on pricing, but they always have what you need and its always great quality equipment. One of the employees, Jesse is very knowledgeable about car audio and can probably help you with any audio issue you may be having!

Todd and his staff have always given Bob and me excellent and quality service when we lived in Jefferson City and have continued to service the systems in our motor home when we visit Jefferson City. Yesterday Nick put in a new tv in a very difficult space and did a cleanup on the jobs that had been done by others on the road. These are awesome people who are very knowledgable and friendly and it all comes with a fair price. We cannot say enough good things about Todd and his staff. Very thankful we have them when we need help. Wish we could take them on the road with us. Keep up the great work!!

I had a remote starter installed on one of my vehicles. It works as it should and the install was very clean. Service here was great and I really appreciate my experience. Everyone was nice to work with. I plan on doing future business with them.

I bought front speakers for my car, and was told they had some great speakers for a 100 dollars and to put in was a 100 dollars, I asked why a 100 to buy and 100 for speakers, the guy said that it would take a little bit to get them in, well, it took 15 min to install them and they busted my plastic tabs that hold my door molding on, had to pay body shop to put inside panel back on! Wont go back !

I took my truck in for AM/FM radio problems. They diagnosed it correctly and quickly what was wrong, gave me an accurate quote and fixed it the same day. Not only did they fix it, its better than its ever been. The original installer didnt do it right and its like having a new radio. They were professional, courteous, and the pricing was well within reason. I will definitely be a return customer.

Took my vehicle to have a subwoofer installed. I brought my own brand new parts and they spent 6 hours trying to get it to work. They came back to tell me my amp was bad. I got home and found every single connection was loose. I tightened everything up and it worked great. Im a mechanic myself and could have done it, but I decided to let the pros do a good job and I had to pick up the pieces.My piece of advice to the techs: get rid of the little girl who tightened the connections. Or grow some man hands.

The workers at the Entertainer were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and installed a new fuse and wired my amp in around 10 minutes for a relatively cheap price. Definitely a good choice to go to if you dont want to drive up to Columbia to go to Creative Car. They also have a great waiting area ..

Worst prices anywhere for products. Ridiculous installation prices....A word to the wise ~ Always shop around to be savvy on your prices. Look online to get another quote for your desired products...Remember all products come with a MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.... They will tell you well that is online for ya Where do u think they buy their stuff anyway...DUH!!!BTW they will make you feel like your getting a bargain when in fact you are getting a hump job without the reach around. Hated to even give one star but it is required to post a review...Stay away from these clowns...FAR AWAY!

Particularly since yesterday when I found out that the problem I was having with the tripod, put up by your workers (my antenna kept spinning in the wind), was the result of an incorrect installation (the central shaft was upside down and several of the bolts had been stripped).It therefore appears to me that for my $515.43, I received a trial installation of an ineffective antenna, a poorly installed antenna tripod and two somewhat overpriced converter boxes (your price $69 each VS $34.29 each on Amazon Prime 2 day free delivery).I believe your service was poor, your charges excessive and I won’t be able to recommend you to others.Sincerely,Willis Hoyt

The customer service was excellent! I was working on installing a new stereo in my car myself but was having trouble removing the factory one. I came in and, without buying anything, one of the installation techs came and helped me work on removing it. You cant ask for service better than that!

I dont know who taught these people business, but I shouldnt have to tell someone 3 times I know what I want, thats not gonna work for what Im doing. Id rather shop online.

I went there in person twice and called a couple times everytime someone has told me the would contact me back over a week later still no phone call to let me know what my estimate will be for my vehicle. I will be driving to Springfield and going to car fi to spend my $3000 since these guys can atleast call me back
