We had a terrible experience spanning 5 years with Sommers. They installed a custom all-tile, walk-in shower for us in 2015. Within months, the tiles started coming up from the floor. We had them come out multiple times about every 6 months to fix the problem, eventually resulting in us being told that the pan that they put down wasnt recommended for small tile. Instead of putting in larger tile, they once again came and repaired (poorly, at that) the penny tile.The last time they did a repair cost us in excess of $2000 because their suggestion was to brace the floor from underneath, so we had to call in a contractor and replace the ceiling in our living room. 2 months later the tiles started popping up again, and that was December of 2019.We havent been able to get them to come back and repair the shower floor since then. They have put us on the list for 2 months from the time we call, then when it gets to be January, May, or July, they say youre on the list and never call us back. My husband and I have both been professional and kind and emailed and called multiple times. I understand the challenges of a business, but I wouldnt recommend Sommers to anyone.

Sommers Interiors is an awesome, best choice business to buy flooring and tiles. Their sense of style and design as well as their knowledge of the flooring and tile materials they sell is excellent. Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your floor, tile, and interior design needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the help of Sommers staff! They’re warm and welcoming as soon as you enter the door. They helped me pick out samples, and helped load them in the car! Definitely a plus! They found ways to help me stay within my budget to get just what I’m looking for! I also brought in pictures of my rooms to show them all the colors going on in my house so they can give me their expert advice on design. It saves me time because that is not my specialty. I love to have the look I’m wanting, but hate the stress of deciding what looks good? Too many choices! They take care of me so I don’t have to think anymore than I have to when remodeling! It’s stressful enough!

We have an older home with old tongue and grove flooring that had been covered in carpet. Sommer’s floor covering came in and removed the old flooring and put in the new vinyl waterproof flooring and carpet for us. The employees leveled our floors and made everything look beautiful much better than I would have ever expected the floors to turn out. Sommer’s were very accommodating moving all of our heavy furniture and were very professional cleaning up every day as they worked. They also kept us up to date every step of the way to completion of the job. Great job!

We went to Sommers looking for backsplash tile for our kitchen remodel. They were incredibly helpful and even assisted with design ideas! I am extremely disappointed by the way the issue with my floor covering was handled. Sommers Interiors made the decision on how it was to be laid & I was charged the minimum installation fee. Within 30 days I had huge bubbles in my floor. After a year of phone calls, they did fix the problem but I was charged $125.00 for them to correct it. That amount was supposedly discounted. As a customer, I feel I should not have had to pay anything for their mistake. Thats why I went to the professionals. I will not do business with them ever again & I would certainly not recommend them. Very unfairly treated!
