I went in to get a ps5 and they had boxes of them and I thought they were actually ps5’s when I asked to buy it they said that it was just a box and I don’t know why they would advertise the boxes like they were ready to sell.

Great place for pokemon cards. The only place. I hope scalpers dont get a hold of it.

Helpful cashier guy. We asked questions and he gave the best answers possible even if the store did not have it. Good job.

Although they didnt have the item I was searching for, the staff was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Bunch of good guys working there, but as is their company practices... be prepared to be talked into buying things you didnt intend on buying.

Has a great game selection but right now they dont have many next gen consoles in stock.

The games are a little pricey but the staff are always warm and inviting and they got other cool stuff that just arent video games

Tried calling the store multiple times for over two hours and no one would answer the phone, Im sure they put the phone on silent and are just your typical lazy worker that you get these days with zero customer service!!

The staff is helpful, but GameStops predetory trade in practice is still standard as always.

The guy behind the counter was very helpful. Unfortunately, they were out of stock for what I needed but he had good information about when theyd be back.

Store was decent, staff gave me my breathing space to shop on my own, instead of breathing down my neck. Gave 4 stars due to the sales person telling me that the sticker for warranty on the games was not needed, but the receipt was. Have been buying from GameStop for a long time and know you need the sticker.

This place has a great assortment of games and Knick knacks for all your gaming and collectible needs. The staff is courteous and all of them are gamers so they have a good understanding of the product. My only complaint is the trade value for games.

Staff did not even talk with me. No help at all. Ended up leaving not buying anything. It was clean and net though.

You cant see it from Missouri Blvd because of a large retaining wall blocking view, but follow the signs and turn by the kohls and you should find it no problem. Staff was friendly and they had a good selection of board games and collectables in addition to video games.

Good selection and prices on OLD games and thats what we needed. My son was happy

A little crowded (mechanise displays, not people). I find GameStop to have very fair pricing, especially when they are running sales (I picked up 4 Xbox one games for $20 on this trip in). I stop at most GameStops Im around to check out what they have. The staff at this location is always helpful and friendly.
