Carved in stone was great to work with. I appreciate the way they helped me visualize my granite tops so I could make necessary decisions and move forward. They updated me through the entire layout and fabrication process and addressed all concerns. I recommend choosing your slab as I did for my island and master vanity - I wish I wouldve been more hands on with the layout of the black pearl tops since that stone turned out to be less consistent than I thought.

Our experience with carved in stone was wonderful. Our granite was in perfect condition and we absolutely love it. They were very professional and we did not have one issue with the company. They installed granite in our kitchen and our bathroom in our new construction. Thank you carved in stone.

Carved in Stone did a fantastic job on our kitchen counters. To begin, pricing & selection of quartz was wonderful. They sent us multiple quotes and didnt take long to do it - answering our questions along the way. Acting as our own general contractor, and this being our first build, we knew exactly what we wanted but didnt know exactly how to achieve it. This is where they went above and beyond; offering solutions to our island walls, options for pop-up outlets (amazing idea BTW) the disposal button...all these little issues that came up, they were right there offering tips and ideas. When it was time to install, they were on time, fast and did an expert job. Results are absolutely gorgeous and we couldnt be happier! I would highly recommend them.

There are not enough superlatives to express how pleased we are with our kitchen redo by Carved In Stone! Angie was very responsive and her vast experience was invaluable in selecting the granite, the sink, faucet, and backsplash. We felt we were treated as friends or family instead of just a customer. Michaels crew did the granite install and they were only satisfied with absolute perfection. Jakes Plumbing hooked up our our sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Hes the only plumber Ill ever use because he treats your home like hes working on his own home. Dmitriy and Max installed the backsplash tile and pencil rail. Once again, perfection was the standard. They are not only extremely talented craftsmen, theyre also artists with stone and tile. Choose Carved In Stone for your next project...youll be so glad you did.

The countertop they installed was not the one we ordered. The workers installing even agreed it looked way different than the sample I had on site. A phone call with someone from their office was an even more negative experience. They refused to fix the issue. Poor customer service and no accountability make for a poor business.

Worse quality and customer service of my life and I’m old and have worked in customer service my whole life.I’m adding to my review since after 8 months it appears that Carved in Stone has responded and has a much different perspective than I do. You upsold a counter that I placed a 2500 deposit on. That I could have lived with had you told me. but before it was over you sent me a drawing with a different counter I had never seen before and didn’t tell me it was a different counter. That’s called bait and switch and is the worse. The quality you sold me was not an upgrade to what I originally purchased. Then after installation it had blemishes everywhere and if someone needs pictures I have them. I agree with others you do have a great selection but getting the stone you actually selected appears to be the problem. The piece installed in my laundry was the sink cutout so yep you did give me what I already paid for.

Not Fancy but they got it where it counts...service and choice. We just purchased a small piece of Granite for a Kitchen Island and it turned our great plus they treated us like we bought a full Kitchen. Very good People.

Our sink top and back splash were made by Carved in Stone. I gave them the make and model number of my faucet and they cut the holes for it. However, they did not take into consideration that the back splash would add about an inch behind the faucet and my faucet does not fit. I spoke with the folks at Carved in Stone and they offered to either remove the backsplash, cut it down (which would still not have made enough room), have the holes reamed out (which again would not have made enough room), or to get a new faucet--all of these options at my expense. I am terribly disappointed in this company, which I had heard so many good things about. I am going to have to go to another company to have this problem fixed and will not recommend Carved in Stone to anyone.
