The staff there is so helpful. I had went in today, looking for something I found on there website. The website stated they had it in stock. Im sure everyone knows how reliable that is. Lol. Anyway, the shelf was empty. However, a young woman there asked if I needed help. Once informed of the situation, she promptly checked the computer, and then proceeded to the back for 10 mins. Only to emerge with what I was after. Excellent job Jefferson city Harbor Freight crew. I am impressed.

A good place to buy tools, however a lot of the shelves were empty this time. Normally they have a great selection, so hopefully more shipments arrive soon.

I live in Columbia, happened to be in Jeff City. JCs Harbor Freight. They seemed to have a lot more stock than Columbia. I was able to buy several things here, that were not available in Columbia, that were ONCE available, but had not been in stocks for over a year. I understand that HF does not stock like a regular hardware store. They have a different Business model, and it is more like a dollar store, where you just shop and things you bought before may not be in stock. But JCs HF had everything Ive been wanting and trying to find at Harbor Freights great prices! 👍also the help were very friendly, helpful and informative. The think that impressed me MOST, is that they DIDNT WANT TO RUN OFF REAL QUICK!!!! THEY STOOD AND LISTENED AND WAITED UNTIL I THANKED THEM, BEFORE THEY WALKED OFF!!! NOBODY DOES THAT ANY MORE!!!!! IT REALLY SEEMS LIKE THESE DAYS, EVERYONE IS T0O BUSY TO JUST STICK AROUND FOR AN EXTRA MINUTE AND MAKE SURE IVE BEEN FULLY HELPED. THIS is the reason I gave them 5 stars!!!!! Always a great selection of tools for almost any project. As to be expected some are better quality than others. I generally dont have very many issues with the tools I purchase and they complete the task I put them to use on. If they happen to fail many have a warranty to replace them. They make the process easy and the prices are better than most.

I really enjoy stopping in to Harbor Freight Tools. There are several tiers of tools available, some of them on a par with well-known competitors, without the molester van prices. Last visit, I got some thread lock and a new torque wrench to properly torque my new spark plugs. With aluminum heads, proper torque is a very good idea. I also got a small wire stripper, crimper, and terminal kit that has come in very handy. They also have things that are slightly surprising. You can get coupons and flyers for a variety of bargain buys. They also have wheels, tires, and tubes for hand carts and dollies, very handy store to have in town!Now, a pro tip; Patrons coming west on Missouri Blvd. save yourself a headache trying to turn in from the front. This is a busy intersection, and can be dangerous with all the traffic. Take the left onto south Dix road into right lane (theres a double turn lane) and turn right on the street just before the Appliance Parts store, come in from behind Harbor Freight. It reduces risk substantially! If you come out the same way, Dix is one way, but swing back and turn left at Southwest Blvd, you can make an easy left back onto Missouri Blvd, or turn right with less hassle.

The layout of this store could be muchly improved. They have several aisles with the same type of tools which makes for confusion. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

Broke down outside your store and we needed some water for the car 85 degrees outside. Your helpfully cashiers told us they couldnt help us. So long story short after a scary walk across missouri Blvd we was able to get some water. I mean way to go guys!

Great place to buy tools. All sorts of options. Staff is very helpful. The worst part is the parking lot. Being along Missouri Blvd near a traffic light can lead to a daunting left hand turn.

Store is always dirty and boxes laying everywhere. Bathrooms are a mess. None of the employees are friendly. Customer service has gone downhill very quickly in the last 8months with the new store manager

Prices on some items are good but quality may be poor. You have 90 days to return an item that is defective.

People are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for items to use in the home garage they have about anything you need.I recently repainted my truck all of the sanders welder and different tools to do it with were bought at harbor freight. I even bought a 10 x 20 foot portable canopy enclosed the sides and painted the truck in it.For my personal use the tools I buy thru harbor freight work fine and they are fairly well priced.Included pictures of truck I just finished painting.

They had just what I needed to diagnose a problem on my car saved me money versus having to go to a shop

It is what it is, a cheap place to get cheap to midrange tools & supplies. When they have what youre looking for its great & when they dont, a mess. Friendly & helpful staff here, with more knowledge than Home Depot staff have. A bit of a challenge to drive in & out of because of its location but generally worth said challenge.

I really wish I could give this place 1 star because I think Im an addict! I love Harbor Freight.... Love the tools, the price point, and the value. The greatest thing about this place is that they have a good variety. If you are a professional that the consumer tools wont work for you, but for a hobbiest these are great!

I went in with a tool list for school and the associate there took it and made sure I got everything I needed and gave me advice on what I should and shouldnt buy. Her name was Ali I think. She gave excellent customer service.

What can I say, one of my favorite stores.

Sometimes it is easy to find what you need and like today it took me 20 minutes to find dental picks as I would have thought they would have been with the screw drivers and other hand tools. I found them over by the drill bits (opposite side of store).The good thing the tools are of decent quality as I use them and they can go in the trash when they are done.The staff is friendly and helpful when you ask for help.

He even loaded the heavy boxes into my vehicle. Associate Weston also helped make the entire process pleasant, efficient and painless !! Typical Harbor Freight. Note: if you need to go west on Missouri Blvd from this store, I recommend that you exit HFs parking lot out back and then east across the old parking lot to the one-way street, then around south and east sides of Jefferson bank to a stop light, then go west easily.
