5.0 stars. It doesn’t get any better. Sure the donuts are a quality product but the people who serve the customers are the best. I pass up donut shops to come here because of the consistent customer service and the consistent speed of service.

Sure, there are some really good donut shops in town, but this place has my heart. Their oil is always clean, flavors are bright and pure; Ive never had a single donut that didnt hit the mark dead on. Whenever I bring a dozen or two to the restaurant where I work, all of my co-workers faces light up--and a good handful of these folks are accomplished pastry chefs.On top of that, the crew is always smiling (even behind their masks), professional, and courteous. Parking is pretty gnarly, and lines can be long, so be prepared for that. But in this case, its worth the little bit of hassle.

Stopped in last week to try this place. Hard to find good, no frills donuts in NOLA. This place ROCKS! Best glazed donut I’ve ever had and their jelly donuts do not disappoint either. Two thumbs up!!! I’ll be back.😋😋😋

We ordered donuts for our wedding from Bakers Dozen and loved the outcome! We had so many compliments about the donuts and now have a new favorite donut shop in the NOLA area. So tasty! Brandi was incredibly helpful as well and even made sure the donuts were in theme with our wedding colors!

In town for a visit, this was recommended for doughnuts. Best recommendation ever. The warm glazed doughnuts are awesome!

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO BAKERS DOZEN!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY!!!I never post reviews, but I will take the time to post this one. I ordered letter donuts for my son for his high school acceptance day. I placed the order a week in advance. I received a confirmation and total price for the order. I go to pick up my order and am told they forgot to make it. The employee told me her bosses are the only one who knows how to make them and they are gone for the day. She called her bosses and they offered to make them for tomorrow or I could buy regular donuts! Now I understand people make mistakes but as a business, you come back and fulfill the order you promised to fulfill!!! Instead they acted like they couldn’t care less that I now have no letter donuts and it’s too late to order from anywhere else. I frantically called around. I have never been treated so poorly. If you are looking for a place that cares about their customers and are dependable, DO NOT GO TO BAKERS DOZEN!!!!

Great doughnut shop that has good prices and large baked goods! They also do coffee and it has a very homey dinner feel! If you are around the area and want doughnuts I highly reccomend. They are open at 5am which is great if you work 3rds! The doughnuts stay fresh for a long time and we got there warly enough one day we got fresh warm doughnut holes 😍 the employees are so happy and helpful. And bless the guys in the back they work so hard!

Love the glaze donuts but the chocolate one don’t have near enough chocolate on them. Need to be dipped to the middle ring of the donut as opposed to just the top. Can only eat the top half of the donut. If they were glazed first that would be better as well

An amazing local favorite, started by two women entrepreneurs. Many standard options to choose from, made fresh daily. The racks dont stay full for long! They make plenty of special seasonal flavors, too (wedding cake, matcha, and banana fritter are some personal faves) and their easy online pre-order form is my go-to for arranging office donuts in advance.

Best donuts around. And trust me, Ive tried them all. Their donuts are perfection. Be warned, youll have to wait on glazed but theyre worth it. Plus, waiting means they were made fresh just for you so theyre warm and melt in your mouth. So do yourself a solid, go buy 2 or 3 dozen and you can thank me later.

Some of the best donuts in town, really. Classic style, not the fancy stuff theyre coming out with now. Love the chocolate glazed. Usually have to wait for regular glazed to come out the fryer, because they go so fast.

Best donuts on the Eastbank of Jefferson Parish. The Apple fritters are also great. Friendly staff, just wish they were open on Sunday.

Horrible customer service. I ordered custom donuts that the owner makes herself and they were done very sloppy. She must’ve been in a hurry - they looked rushed. (I ordered the same donuts last year and compared the two and it was a huge difference.) I called to make her aware and to let her know that I was very unsatisfied and I am still waiting for her to return my call. I called the next day and no one answered. (They saw my phone number on the caller id and avoided me - I guess). At least acknowledge the fact that your customer was unhappy and act concerned. But I’ll blame myself for even taking the slop out of the bakery to begin with. They weren’t even good. A waste of money!

The best doughnuts available in the city, hands down and its not even close. You might have to wait a few minutes but as we all know good food is worth the wait. Its 4:26am right now as I write this and Im watching the clock waiting for 5am so I can get my fix. Doughnuts are a hell of a drug....

You don’t have a lot of spaces to park but other than that the workers are very nice and helpful, it’s also very nice to see that they don’t want to keep anyone waiting they do their job very fast and if the line is long, there’s a lot of things to look at while you wait, I would rate 10 stars if I could, if you haven’t go once.

Good donuts, but coffee wasn’t very good and the staff was gossiping out loud about an apparently difficult customer referring her being “butt hurt”, which I find very unprofessional and uncomfortable to other the customers. The place was rather untidy as well. Lots of unnecessary stuff on the counter tops, stains on the appliances etc. Small things, but they make a big difference.

I used to buy a few donuts for myself at least once a week from here on my way to work. The yeast donuts are flavorful and perfectly doughy yet firm. The prices are great, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I like that they offer special flavors of the week. At least once a month, a co-worker will bring boxes of a couple dozen donuts and a box of donut holes to work. Ive been watching what I eat lately, but who can say no to a donut hole (or two, or three)?
