The owner personally came out and measured the doorway to our new shower. It took about 3 weeks for the new shower doors to arrive and get installed. The 3 men that installed the doors were very professional and knowledgeable. The glass looks great with our tile! One of our glass doors had the extra clamp missing they we requested. EmmaRose handled the problem quickly and got a new glass panel ordered with the missing clamp. We are very satisfied customers and very impressed with the customer service that has been provided.

Great exoerience from start to finish.I had a complete overhaul of the Master bathroom and a guest bathroom.After initial contact by email and phobe calls, I got the proposals and quote in less than 24 hrs.I chose the Phantom Door, whis is really cool because the whole thing is made of glass rail and all, for the walk-in shower and Cambridge sliding tub doors for the other bathroom.They came out to measure after the tile work is done. The contracts were signed via email link and the same application allowed you to pay by card.1+week later the doors were ready. The instalation was neat and on schedule.They left me goodie bags with glass cleaner, micro fiber cloth, squeegee and a cute rubber ducky.I am very happy and highly recommend them.👍👍👍

Side note: They provided a Lien Waiver upon our request...VERY important for anyone having anyone do work on their property. A general contractor can be paid in full, but not pay a subcontractor. That subcontractor can - by all rights - place a lien for non-payment on ones home and has every right to do so. Check this out for your own protection. This was not the case with Shower Door Experts - they were above board and honorable.

The shower doors look gorgeous. The installers were on time and polite. Also, the routine of daily maintenance, with the use of a microfiber cloth, is quite easy. Apparently, I need to use a certain product once a week on the doors (havent done that yet).
