Went yesterday for service to find Jeff and his crew most of them have been replaced. New Mgn and crew not up to par. Will never go back. So sad as trusted men that worked before. I passed up other garages due to bad experience and have been faithful to this location for nearly 10 years and in one visit NO MORE had brakes replaced and mechanic never took for a road test to see how they felt or work. Had problem minutes I drove off lot. Old timers BEWARE

I purchased 4 Bridgestone Run Flat tires, and spent over $1200.00 at Tires Plus today. They did great at fitting me in with a short notice, as I had a blowout. Once I arrived home, I noticed that there was a film all over my rims. Also, some of my rims were scuffed in areas that I didn’t recall being there prior. I’m not one to post negative feedback, but they could have cleaned the rims and removed the wax/film that is covered on the outside of all of my rims.

They worked very well with us. Staff was kind. Tires looked amazing. Will come back for other services

I really like the people there. They take great care of my car for me, no matter if its just pulling in to get air in my tires. I bought the warranty with my new tires, that really paid off sine I kept getting nails while driving through construction zones.

I spent 2 days looking at tire prices and availability in my area. I needed 2 tires under $100 a piece and my timeframe was to get it done 2 days prior to my road trip. I called this location and spoke with a very knowledgeable and polite woman by the name of Linda. She was very helpful. I described my situation and she was able to price me two Firestone tires at $77 a piece making the estimate total for the entire replacement $209. I was so overjoyed at the deal I was getting that I was certain it would take a week for me to get the tires and the replacement. Not the case, Linda informed me that the tires were in stock and that she could schedule me for an appointment to replace them the next day at noon. I have been a frequent customer of Tire Plus for years but this location went above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks guys for easing my car troubles.

Got me in pretty quickly for new tires and front end alignment. Had to bring my car back because it wasnt properly aligned. They took care of it though.

For something that started off so well I ended up paying to not be able to drive my car at all. Im so pissed with tire plus I cant believe I paid almost 400$ for a tune up to end up with my car shaking took it back and they said it was a coil, here I spend another 200+$ and my car quit running once I got it home.never again will I deal with tire plus

Jeff and his crew took care of me this morning after another manager at another tire store wouldnt fix their own work.I believe when you say youre going to do a job, you do it, and if you screw it up, you make it right. Well, the first place didnt, damaged my wheel, and left me with a tire that was losing air, and refused to service it.Jeff made everything right. In a half hour, he and his crew cleaned up the other managers mess and had me on my way.Thank you again. This is what service and integrity are about.

We have been coming here for years. They will always get you the best price,and they are always friendly, helpful and not just trying to gouge you for more money.

I trusted the guys at Tires Plus to give me a fair price. As it turned out I couldve went anywhere else and saved money. The estimate here was 500 dollars more than other places, wish I had went somewhere else. The wheel bearings they replaced go bad 2-6 weeks after replacing?! Shoddy work and high prices...

Ask for Tom at the Jtown location he is an excellent mechanic treats you fair and super friendly.

Their mechanic checked the wrong tire when I clearly indicated which one was having issues! Unbelievable! I feel sorry for anyone getting work done here! The mechanic told me my tires were fine! Guess what? My driver side front tire was way off balance. It vibrated so badly that the bolts on my brake caliper were vibrated loose. I nearly crashed when my brake caliper came loose and locked up the wheel when I hit the brakes. I will just go to friggin Wal-Mart from now on.

Wife had an issue with the air condition. Brought it over to michael tires and they added free-on and told her the problem was fixed and charged us $140. On her way back home the air stopped working so she turned around and went back. After a second inspe tion of the air conditioning unit they concluded that they could not fix the problem and sent her to a different repair shop. So we were charged $140 for a problem that wasnt fixed, and than sent to another repair shop. Ultimately i was told to come back to michael tires have the free-on removed and will be refunded. Done doing business with this company. My time is also worth money.
