Wes is a jewel ! I rarely go to the laundromat but had a couple of issues with a comforter of mine and he went above and beyond to help me out! I will always come to this laundromat just for his service, friendliness and expertise!

The owner is one of the most helpful people I’ve met. Clean and inexpensive, friendly atmosphere. And they except drop offs.

Don’t recommend this place. Laundry never got fully dry, we have detergent stains on our clothes and had to wash it again. On top of that the management is very pushy with what can and can’t go in washers. We had two throw blankets that we got explicitly told to not put together when both are thin and water resistant.

Just moved into town and without a washer and dryer and this family sure is taking care of us!Not only are they timely and efficient but also super sweet and truly go above and beyond for their guests.Thank you for all that you do!

Best laundromat ever! It is impeccable! Super clean and orderly. Great machines and prices. The owners and staff are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet! I have a very bad back, and they are so helpful, they have even carried my laundry to my car, every time! I have a laundromat in my apartment building but choose to go to Fresh Air instead! Excellent! I highly recommend them.

I’m out-of-town at the moment. While my hotel does have a laundry room, I used the Fresh Air Laundry drop off service because I’m lazy, and they’re top-notch. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding.

Highly recommend. Quiet location with reasonably priced and efficient machines. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this laundromat because I’ve had a great experience each time.

The new owner was so kind and helpful, as I was not sure of how to operate the large capacity washing machine. She took time out to show me step by step what to do and offered tips on how to safely and effectively dry my comforter. Any questions I had she answered with a smile and graciousness. The place was clean, though missing a number of floor tiles. The bathroom was also clean and tidy.

Went here after being really disappointed by rude staff at another laundromat, and was so happy I made the change! The family that owns and operates it has been nothing but friendly and helpful, even going out of the way to make conversation and make you feel comfortable. Its clean, and has games for the kids to keep them entertained. They also have the COLDEST soda machine.

I was looking to clean some clothes from a house fire and saw this place on Google. Was clean and decently priced. Staff working when I was there was super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend.

This was a great experience at this laundrymat! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dottie, during my visit from out of town and she was wonderful in helping me. She took my mother-in-law’s king size comforter, pillow and mattress pad that morning and had them ready for pick up that same afternoon! I will be a repeat customer when back in town. Since the new changes under new management...all I can say is that I enjoy every moment I am doing my laundry here..The staff and service here is excellent.There is no better place to go to do your laundry in jtown..I love everything about the new changes and ownership..So if you need to drop off or stay and do your laundry. I was greeted by friendly faces. The attendant even said it was fi e to bring in my emotional support certified chihuahua. Loves the energy amongst the other patrons and atmosphere.

New owners. Seems like small family owned business. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a television for entertainment, and even let you handle the remote. There are arcade style video games as well.

Several of the washing machines smell like mildew and are stained with mold. Several of the dryers don’t get hot enough. Most of the staff don’t acknowledge anyone who comes in. I asked a couple people working a question and they got snippy with me. There is one friendly girl who greets you and is friendly but she rarely works. I tried this place several times hoping things would change but was let down. Will take my business elsewhere.

Wow. I pulled in here at 6pm. The lady rushed out to my car to tell me she was closing early for the day due to lack of business. Which I can understand why there may be a lack of business when you run customers off 3 hours before your posted closing hours. I wont be back.

It is a good place to wash. The people who attend are friendly. On Sundays it is very crowded and on Wednesdays they only open from 10.00 am to 6 pm.
