First time going to this newly opened location. Had to wait a little bit but they were very busy so this was understandable. These donuts were just as good as the ones I’ve had at the Lyndon location. I think they’re a perfect balance, not too light or dense. There were lots of donuts to choose from & new trays were being brought in as I was waiting. My only complaint is they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches today. Definitely want to go back & try one some time. Staff was also very friendly.

Very friendly staff and respectful. The donuts taste great and not too sugary. Very simple and fast to get your fill for the day. I highly recommend going to this place

The staff was amazing. Friendly and welcoming. I have been wanting to try this place after hearing lots of people talking about their donuts. Worth the wait. We went in around 9:30 on Saturday and was a line for both drive thru and walk in. As expected. We also got an Apple fritter, long johns and donut holes. All were delicious. Donut holes were perfect. Two thumbs up. Happy to have this location close by!

My mother-in-law picked up some donuts from this place to share with the family, so I cant comment on the service. However, the donuts were really good. The perfect compromise for the couple who argues about glaze/no glaze, King Donuts glazes the top of their donuts and leaves the bottom bare. This results in a nice balance: flavorful, but not overwhelmingly sweet. This location was once a Krispy Kreme, and I couldnt eat any of their frosted donuts without feeling ill from a sugar overdose. I dont have this problem with King, and am excited to explore some of their unique flavors.

Hi, have been by a few times and each different type of donut tried has been very good. I wish the J-Town location would have sandwiches. They are on the menu board but it has a note no sandwiches. This has been posted each time Ive been there so I guess means they wont be offering sandwiches at this location --- I wish they would.

Had a great experience here today, the donuts were absolutely delicious & the lady working the counter was very efficient as there were multiple people waiting. Will definitely be back.

Other than a slow drive-thru at times, the doughnuts are always good. Customer service is always friendly as well. The sandwiches at the Lyndon location make that one better. Really wishing the one at J-town had sandwiches.

Waited in line for 31 minutes and only because I promised my daughter we would try this place. Otherwise I would have left. Only ONE PERSON serving people!!! The donuts are ok... not the best, not the worst, just average. My daughter didn’t like hers. Definitely not worth the wait.

I love the Strawberry donuts. Unlike Krispy Kreme they where out of the Strawberry but owner said I will make you some if you wouldn’t mind waiting. For me, that was great customer service. I will be back soon.

Very disappointing. Donuts very dry and greasy. Purchased 2 donuts and a filled long John. All 3 stuffed into a little bag. The long John was smashed. Do not recommend.

Doesnt stay open long enough to ever get doughnuts!! Still havent tried them because they are never open!! Tried 5 times, I give up!! Ill go to Duck Doughnuts, when they open up soon, in Shelbyville Road plaza and get my own customized doughnuts. This place needs to cater to customers that get off work after 5:00 so we can try the products too! 👎👎👎
