Clean store, decent inventory, somewhat friendly staff but prices are RIDICULOUS. Their sale tactics, price labeling and on sale gimmicks are well executed. Especially for first time unsuspecting buyers. So dont get taken. Do yourself a solid and call around before buying anything here. There are multiple reputable stores within a 30 minute drives.

The guys in the shop boast about being the only people in town with ammo. Well it is because they are PRICE GOUGING! They are still asking $10 for a single box of .22lr ammo and are asking $125 for a stripped Anderson lower. This company is taking advantage of first time gun owners and hobbiest alike. Do not give this company your business. Buy online or find another store!

After my first visit in December, I’ve been back 6 more times, decent prices, only store that has ammo, not just one caliber, but for me I got 9mm, .40, .223, .308, and 7.62x39 in the same trip.

I bought my first gun here a few days ago. These guys are extremely nice and very helpful. I was not sure if I wanted to buy a gun in the first place and they did not pressure me at all. Awesome place nice people and had what my husband needed.

Walked in cash in hand to buy a Tavor. Refused to budge even a dollar on the base price claiming something about blanket pricing from the manufacturer. Okay, I can understand that. Asked if they would eat the tax on it, VERY common on cash purchases in the industry, got another nope saying the blanket price wouldnt let them. The manufacturer doesnt collect state sales tax soooooo thats a lie... I wont be back. Really went down hill since I first started buying with them back in 2008 and theyve received the last of my money.

I was embarrassed at the store by one of the salesman very unprofessional. I went in there with my husband to purchase not one but 2 guns. Since my husband is a permanent resident but not a US citizen he could not purchase one. When I went to purchase mine the older salesman started to say no I could not purchase the gun. I was so embarrassed by his comments and as loud as he was saying I could not purchase the gun saying I was an agent. The store was packed of customers all looking at me if I was committing a crime. Not once did he ask if it was my husband standing next to me.

I was just there the other day and bought a pistol from them that showed on the sticker roughly $447. It had a laser attachment on it, so it was a bit more than base. I had also bought ammo for it as well. After arriving home, I took a look at the receipt and noticed that they charged $535 for the for the gun before tax. I called and asked about there possibly being an oversight or something. I was told that no, that is the actual price and that is with the cash discount we gave you.

Wish I could do lower than 1 star on this company, I have order 3 pistols on different occasions from them all arriving rusted and damaged. One was rusted so badly I had to seriously force the magazine out of the weapon, scratching it badly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to make it right, they refused to give me a complete refund for my order telling me it was my responsibility to deal with the manufacturer directly stating its company policy. They advertise new, in good working condition firearms but that is a lie in my experiences. Do business with any other wholesale or distributer that will not sell you a rusted pile of junk that you are on the hook for (I do orders for customers not for stocking).

Friendly n comparable in price

Well stocked, have bought several firearms here. Lester is a great guy who always greets customers as they walk in. Also a Class 3 dealer.

Nice store with a lot of options. However, the prices are very high. I was looking to purchase a Sig Sauer X-carry, but they want close to $800 for it. Online it retails for $599.99. Combine that with a $35 transfer fee at my local gun shop and I still come out money ahead.Aside from cost, they have a lot of options and a dedicated Sig Sauer section (elite dealer).

Always have a great selection of ammo at good prices, and of course lots and lots of firearms. Everything from a tiny .22 that will fit in the ladies purse to a .50 cal sniper rifle for, uh, shooting deer from 2 miles away.Great selection of accessories like targets, ammo cases, gun cases, holsters, safes, etc.

Good selection but prices are high. Ammo prices are really high compared to what can be purchased online. Ammo prices have come down recently but their prices have not. I like to go and look but I hardly ever buy. Ive tried to call them many times during normal business hours and I have NEVER had anybody answer. Fairly disappointing.

I was helped and had all my questions answered and was able to see the weapons I wanted to look at. No complaints here go check them out. Nice selection!

Bought AR there and found them very friendly. They had a great selection. Spent a lot of time schooling me on the different levels of gun and how to upgrade the gun in the future.I had bad memories of this place from when it was under different ownership. Probably not a great place to get a lot of one-on-one attention on Saturday afternoon during peak times, but they are ok guys.

Don’t try to trade with them or try to sell them a gun. They offered $200 on a gun that I took to another gun shop and they gave me 500.00 for it. The prices are very high and they will overcharge you. Shop around and save money.

I have been to this store twice to buy an AR-15 and just couldnt get any customer service what so ever. I will never return and wouldnt recommend anyone wasting over an hour of their lives just to be ignored.

After calling about a Dillion reloader and inquiring as to what time they closed I got off work and headed to the shop. I arrived 13 minutes before the posted time of closing and the lights were off and the employees were driving away. I drove almost 1 1/2 hours to get there. I will NOT be darkening their door ever again. Im a long time, but now very honked off customer!

Bought 3 firearms there and love this place!!! Buy ammo there too. Staff are nice and easy to deal with...oh course if your going there to browse and not buy anything they probably dont want to deal with you since they are on commision like everyone else. I HATE SHOOTERS SUPPLY!!! There were rude to me twice so I refuse to give them a dime. HI-Tech in Sellersburg is the same way. Owner is a goon that got smart with me when I returned a magazine that didnt feed. Deal with proven industry leaders at Orion!

I went into the store today to purchase a Glock 19.Gen 4 Glock 19 comes from Glock with 3 mags.Gen 3 Glock 19 comes from Glock with 2 mags.Orion has a brand new Gen 4 Glock 19 with 2 mags in their caseOrion has a brand new Gen 3 Glock 19 with 1 mag in their case.If it was just one I would understand a possible oversight.However, there are 2 brand new Glocks and both are short a mag which comes with the firearm from Glock.I dont like when someone attempts to screw me.I will NOT ever return to Orion. Nor will I send any of our customers to this store.

Ammo prices seem kind of high. We had to browse around the store for 30 to 40 minutes before we had anyone ask us if we needed help. Not sure if they are understaffed or we just didnt fit their demographic of people that would be shopping in their store. Once they realized we were there to spend money they answered any questions we had and were fairly helpful.
