I had them replace my alternator, and asked them to fix a few other things. They repaired two of the four problems with my car and said they couldn’t fix the others. After two months the alternator is bad and now they tell me they can’t repair it and I will have to find another shop. The only response I was given is “that’s just how it is”. So now I’m left with a vehicle that has a bad part and have to find a more professional shop to deal with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE.

I took my 2007 Accord to them a few months ago, believing I needed a new clutch. After having my car all day, I called them to get my 1500-2000 dollar debt I just knew I owed. When the gentleman told me $50.00. I was sure he had the wrong car. I had him to ask Mr. Hardaway again for the price and his answer was it was only a screw its $50. I couldnt believe my ears... this man couldve easily taken me (female) for a lot of money and Id not have known any differently! He did not!! They are very honest and fair!! I highly recommend Hardaway Automotive so trustworthy!!!

Ive been looking for a reasonably priced and honest repair shop for quite some time and after a full brake job by Griders I can say my search has ended. Their service was excellent and their prices were more than fair. I will recommend these guys to anyone I know.

Sam Grider has been here for several years. Its no longer a gas station but a full service garage now. They are second to none in diagnosing and providing quality repairs. You wont get better prices and they usually get your car in in good time.

Completely unprofessional customer service and extremely rude & the worst part about it is when I’m explaining everything to the owner of the company about how upset I am with the service his response was “ I have to many customers as it is I don’t care “ my family has been doing business with them for years and I won’t even think about going back.
