Short on time & stopped in. Heather was amazing! Such perfectionist with her job and you can see that with the other workers. All the stylists invite you into their conversation and have you feeling like your at home. Will come again & will be telling friends to come 💕💕💕

Closed Monday and only have 2 hairdressers at any time. I as m very unhappy with mine and will go somewhere else next week to try to get it fixed. She put it on rollers and when she took them out said I was done. When I asked her to comb it out she just ran her fingers thru it and fluffed it. Had asked her to style it but again had to ask to get it brushed or combed. It looks awful and next day was worse. When a family member saw it first thing they said was they would make me an appt with theirs. WASTED $27. Never will go there again.

I came in and I got highlights from a child named lesa which you cant even tell she did anything to my hair. never have I got bleach blonde highlights and not been able to tell also the lady didnt even cut my hair straight I will not be returning ever and do not recommend.

Before I got across the road 4 rollers had fallen out, hair wasnt tolled tight as Heather always rolls them hair was still damp/wet I was as very dissatisfied feelings were hurt. I left a message for her at the New Albany store she never returned my call.This is the new era.

Took all three of my kids to get their hair cut. Got exactly what we wanted and it was way faster than I expected.

First time. Called ahead and asked if anyone could handle a skin fade. She said “everyone in the shop can do a skin fade.” Well obviously not. I requested to “remove the line” until I got tired of asking, paid the poor girl, and went elsewhere to pay for another haircut. 10/10 would NOT recommend if you need a fade. The employees were nice enough but they didn’t even know how to fix it. I wish they had just been honest over the phone about their skills.

They do what you want or they explain what they think would be best. But they leave it all up to you. The prices are good also staff is always friendly and talks to you while doing your hair

This place is amazing! Everyone there is so personable. I walked in way later than I should have for a cut, color, and eyebrow wax and Jammey, and Ashley were out of this world! They were able to knock it out with smiling faces! The manager, Heather, has the best staff ever, and she is the best manager ever! This is always my go to place for friendly people, and great service!!

I have been going to Kathy for several years. She is a true artist at cut and color! I would recommend her to anyone.

Heather is amazing. Shes a great stylist, manager and always keeps me looking my best! Everyone is always friendly and make you feel right at home.

Had a great haircut and some pleasant conversation. This is also where i bring my 3 year old and they take great care of him. I also bring my nephews and make a guys trip of it sometimes. Staff are very accommodating even for a 10 year old that doesnt quite know what he wants.

I came in early on a Tuesday morning and was attended to upon walking in, Jammey (hope I spelled it right) was the girl who cut my hair and did my eyebrows amazingly! I didnt have a picture of what I wanted and it had been a good couple months since I had my hair cut so it was hard to see what it once was but she understood and asked me questions along the way making sure I got what I wanted,same with my eyebrows. Im extremely happy with this store and will be coming back again here soon!💙

I didnt think I was going to find someone to replace my hairdresser of 10 years+, but I did! I love how Matthew has taken care of my cut and color! I am very happy!

My 2yr grandson and I went for a haircut. The ladies were super nice and did a great job on my hair but my grandson was another story. He was not happy about getting a hair cut and they only snipped his hair around the ears and he had enough. They still charged me a full adult hair price for him. I prolly wont come back for that reason.

Heather is awesome! She always takes her time and makes sure my hair looks fabulous! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair!

Faith is great! She listened and made suggestions and fixed mistakes made by another stylist at a different location. I will go back to the Jeffersonville salon.

Great hair cut, Kathy always does a great job and she listens to what I want her to do.

The woman who cut my 4 year old daughters hair was great and did a great job on her hair. I would recommend especially for kids.

Helen is the best stylist at this location. She does cuts and color for my entire family. The other technicians are hit and miss. The prices are reasonable, and they accept competitors coupons.

I would like to say I met heather Mullins almost 5 years ago when she was cutting hair at FS in Clarksville.. I went in with hair down the middle of my back and I asked her to cutt it all off, she looked at me and said honey are you sure, I said do it... I have trusted her with my hair ever since to the extreme that I followed her to the Jeffersonville location where she still does hair but she is also manager. Heather is more then my hairdresser she is a part of my life and now one of my closest friends.. i highly recommend the jeff fantastic sams, wonderful staff all the way around.

Just uploaded a pic of my hair vs the pic I had taken in for the color only (black, silver, and purple). After 6 hours and over 200 dollars my hair looks nothing like I had wanted. Not Pleased!My pic keeps getting removed somehow!
