They did a wonderful job helping me to switch out a pair of shoes I accidentally ordered in the wrong size online. They went above and beyond to search and find exactly the ones I needed and quickly processed the exchange.

Awesome place to go buy shoes they always have good deals. Lots to chose from sneakers, boots,sandals, dress shoes, flats and pumps, high hills, to flip flops. Tbe People who work here love to help you and are very friendly. they smile and really like there jobs. Very warm and clean place they take pride in there work i will be back for another pair of shoes. This place rocks i recommend stopping by for a visit.

Walked in at 830pm and they reminded me several times they close at 9pm. I explained several times I understand. It shocked me that 5 staff members was standing around at the front door doing nothing so wow what a budget. Customer service should be the key not pushing paying customers out of the door.

Order online for my daughter birthday gift to come pick up shoes somebody already worn with a bend at the toes why would yaw sale them period.......

Looking for boots when I went into the store I had an associate tell me about there product and about there competitions boots and even suggested I go check them out this is the kind of sales experience I love I was not pushed to buy something from them which is exactly why I will be back to them to buy my boots, so thank you for being informative and not pushy you have my business any day.

I am a shoe freak I actually have too many shoes and not enough feet lol but I love the selection they have there and all the different styles at decent prices. My boyfriend took me over the weekend and bought me two new pairs for my birthday and Im so in love with them and there are many more I want to purchase, during my visit the staff were very helpful and kind.

Wasnt bothered could just look around and try shoes on till I found what I like and speedy checkout.

The employees started making rounds a quarter until closing, reminded obnoxiously often. The employee that checked us out was definitely top ten in the most disrespectful, hateful stores weve ever been in.

There was a lot of empty spaces here and there but that is to be expected with covid-19.... there has been and will be more shortages.... However many of these spaces had signs that said new inventory coming soon....

I was having trouble with coupons and all the other online services, so I called my store. I spoke with a man named Bill and he not only went and picked out all 4 pairs of the shoes I wanted and put them up front for me so they would be ready, but he also did it for me in less than 5min over the phone. Excellent customer service! It has been a while since anyone went above and beyond like that for me! It was much appreciated! Highly recommend this store to any and everyone looking for a great and easy experience! Thank you Bill, you are the best!!!!

Great selection of every kind or brand you’d want. Some seemed a little over priced and most were average prices.

The store is bright and clean with it being fairly new still. They have all COVID processes in place for those who have concerns. The staff was friendly at checkout however there was no one on the floor which Im sure is due to post COVID staffing needs and cant be helped but for anyone who may have questions and or need assistance with shoes it could be a deterrent.

Good deals on shoes. The staff is helpful but not overwhelming. You can come in, try on shoes without being hounded by salespeople. They are happy to help if you need it, but otherwise dont get in the way. Always my first stop for shoes.

I rarely find shoes I care for here and when I do, getting the size I need can be challenging. I wear a size 10.5, wide preferable, so its not like its an odd size. They dont keep any overstock in the back, so what you see is what you get.

My wife needed shoes when we last came here. You find some deals here and the shoes last longer than buying them at Walmart or some other places. I need to shoes so I will come here and get shoes.

You are lacking in so many areas charisma, customer service is crucial in your industry. So sad considering it’s in a new location, not a very good way to keep your customers. There was a slight inconvenience the last time I visited. I got a shoe from the kids clearance section for my son and on the box it said ask for my pair. So I go up to the check out to pay and the guy checks me out and says someone will be bringing up pair to the shoe I bought. Well I waited for 10 minutes, still no second shoe. Finally they had to end up refunding me my money because they couldn’t find the pair to the shoe.

Its annoying when youre trying to find help, just to find 3 workers just chatting amongst each other. She said she had my size, but found the half size above and left to go back to her chat session before I could call her back .

Shoes are shoes but the service was very subpar. Teenagers more interested in their phones and co-workers than helping customers.

LOVE this location!! I stopped at the Westport Rd location and could not find my size at all. The store was a jumble mess and not worth my time. I stopped at this location, walked in found what I wanted and few things I did not need :) the staff is wonderful and friendly.The clearance and other displays are all well organized so you go straight to your size rather than searching.

The prices are great the selection of shoes and accessories are wonderful. I would definitely reccomend

We shop here 2-3 times a year buying 2-3 pairs of shoes. I have a reward card, however I have seen no benefit of the rewards card.

Love their buy one, and get one for half off sale. Was able to get new work shoes and new sandals for a reasonable price.
