Would love to have a couple of their pallets but they wont let customers buy them or even take the broken ones.

Found exactly what I needed prices are good. I loved seeing the ducklings and chicks. Lights are a bit dim but still good enough

This was my first experience with Rural King. Its so big and has many different items. Prices were very reasonable. I enjoyed walking around and seeing everything especially the young chicks. So cute. I got a few great deals today. I feed the neighborhood squirrels and was looking for a more economical price on peanuts. I got 5 lbs for $5.99. I was pleased. A+

The employee that helped me look for what I needed was nice and respectful and I love it when you get to get free popcorn, the popcorn is delicious has good flavor. I love that place because it always has what I need and the prices are not expensive or too cheap, the prices are really good, but mostly of love the people that work that because there really nice.😊😊😊

They all around store that has pretty much everything you need. And very knowledgeable employees. Nice, clean, and if you cant find anything believe me then please no where its at and they dont mind helping the reason for the four stars and not a five because its just hot It needs air conditioner.

I love Rural King, they honestly have more than what you expect, and the staff is always helpful and friendly! A consistent issue, at this location at least, is price labeling. I find that, often, items are not shelved with a price or are shelved with the wrong price or description. Its a minor inconvenience, and Im not sure if its the fault of the store being rearranged regularly, or just customers shuffling stuff around and/or messing w/ products.

They have all the old fashioned candy. Loved this place. They even have live chicks and rabbits

Staff is always friendly. Prices arent to bad. Would love to see more dog/cat selection but again great store all around.

We love Rural King! They have a lot of products you cant find anywhere else! We bought our riding lawnmower there & its been a good one!

Have shopped here for years because prices were better. Recent price increases have made me rethink shopping here due to problems at checkout. Last two visits have been way too much trouble. Changed lines 3 times on one visit due to CC machine issues and twice on another visit due to pricing issues. Have closer options that may be a bit more expensive, but checkout is much easier.

Great place for all of your needs. From clothing to tools to vehicle maintenance products, and Im not mentioning most of the stores variety.

Their greeting card section is full of choices and are so unique. It beats other cookie-cutter card greetings displays for variety. Rural Kings comical cards (actually, all their genres) are worth standing and reading like you are in the magazine isle in the checkout lane. 😁

Good place to buy a tractor. I bought an RK24 sub compact tractor and absolutely love it. Highest lift capacity in its class. Also, get the 3 point quick attach. The store itself has a very large selection of farm needs. First choice for anything farm related that I would consider going to. Plus, free popcorn!

One place to go to find anything that you might need from clothes to farm animals to sportswear to automotives to lawn and garden just a good place to go spend some time and find reasonable priced items

Why does this place have no price tags? On anything-ever. Its a good store but its a guessing game when trying to shop/budget

I buy all my big stuff here and love there customer service Ive got 11 chickens fourdogs and two cats so I love my babies ❤ and rule king helps me out alot with food and toys and yard stuff I just love this place thank you all so much for being so very kinda to me and my husbun

They had everything I needed under one roof. Somethings are higher priced than other stores some lower so equals out. Only reason they didnt get a 5 star is there was no one to help in areas I needed. After finding assistance they were great. Everywhere is short staffed so everyone please be patient.

This visit was merely average and mainly because of the staff. I spoke to two employees and neither one was remotely friendly. Either they both were having bad days or they just had poor customer service skills. Regardless of the reason neither smiled or said hello.

Have all kinds of equipment period everything seems to be in stock with no bear shelving. They are also a stihl dealer.

The place was all right. I prefer Tractor Supply, but Rural King was there when I needed it. The lighting was a little dingy, and gave me the vibe of a murder scene, but other than that it was a quaint little store.

We be bought everything we went for plus more. Our cashier was very nice.

My first time here and Im in love. Everything one could need for your animals. Cute yard decor and plants too. We bought a burn barrel after ours rusted through. I looked everywhere and they had them for only $25.

Love the selection at Rural King, ordered a Firepit and picked it up at the store. Staff was extremely helpful and took me right to my product and helped load it. Awesome. The only thing that needs improvements is the bathrooms could use some attention.

When i first walked into the store i noticed the long lines. But how back could it be.As i walked through the store a came across a small goup of worker who were just talking about who was working tomorrow.I also saw another worker just looking at their phone.When i return to the front to check out.There were 2 lines open.Each line was wrapped around down an isle.The line i was in had 18 carts in front of me.The other line was just as long.Then they called for a manager.I put the single item i went for on the shelf and walked out. The couple behind me did the same thing.Ill pay the extra 30 cents at mejiers to not wait 30 minutes to buy a 5$ item.

Great store, has just about anything you need for home or farm at reasonable prices. Courteous and knowledgeable staff always ready to help. Dog friendly shopping makes it nice also.

Best place ever to shop for all your needs. You can buy almost anything from this store. Guns, ammo, clothing, food, farming, lawn, batteries and much more. Very impressed with the selection. Will definitely go back again and cruise the isles for goodies.

Rural King is an interesting and fun store with a wide variety of merchandise. The prices are reasonable and the people are very nice. I will definitely be shopping there more often.

Chickens for sale are cute. Rabbits need to be a bit older and well cared for. Many had feces issues.

Again went to Rural King on a Saturday night. Looks like I would learn after the 3rd time. Got couple things I needed but needed help with clear hose. No one in area to help or answer questions. Decide b better to go to Lowes. Took cart to check-out and at least 15 People in line waiting to check-out. After at least 10 minutes waiting decided if they cant hire enough help to check people out, I wasnt important to them. Pushed cart to side and left. Person beside me said Im with you. We both left. Rural King hire more people or train them better.

You can find everything in this store. Low lighting and many items not marked but if you got time, its worth the barton shopping. Large outdoor plant selection. Bails of hay for sale as well.

Were longtime customers of Rural King, we get feed for our large variety of critters here, they have the best prices in the area. I also shop for our pet vaccines and medications as well

I have only shopping with Rural King once but I will again. There was an issue with the item during shipping but Rural King handled the situation great. I spoke with Hope over the phone from customer service. She not only had great customer service but was able to get everything resolved in a way most companies won’t do anymore. I was very impressed.

One of my favorite places for animal needs. Gardening. Everything. Its a farm store, its so big I havent been in all of it. I bought heaters there for a great price. Kind of like a Country WM only with great stuff and polite people. Yes. Polite people.

I didnt realize how great this Rural King was until I moved back home to Tennessee. I lived in Indiana for 13 years and really liked this store. I never had a bad experience and the employees are great! The Sweetwater Tennessee Rural King sucks!

They have excellent service and quality of Farm equipment and supplies. The clothing and sporting goods is good but their hardware is better than most places like this. When you go take the kids to see the .chicks

Good prices with low selection of quality items. Floor staff excluding the tools department are generally rude and look like a deer in headlights when you ask them for help. Expect to wait 5-30 minutes in line to checkout depending on their staffing levels as they seem to change frequently. Store is usually dirty and finding a price on an item is generally hard unless you have your phone handy and look it up on their website as they rarely, if ever, have items on the shelves with price labels.

Some of the prices arent marked on products. Its not always easy to find someone to help you locate things and prices. Its still a great place to shop with good savings.

Theyve got an extremely wide variety of things to choose from mostly country orientated which suits me just fine people are friendly but they dont have enough of working there dont try to call them youll never get an answer for anything you ask

Chicks were in deplorable conditions, most didnt have water in filthy tanks. The bathrooms are disgusting. The cashier couldnt be bothered to walk around the register to scan our feed, and made us lift the bags to her. I have never had a good experience at this location, and I avoid it if I at all can.

Really hard to get a costumer service agent to help you...like you cant find them have to go wait in line at a checkout to ask for someone wait about 15 min for them to show up wait back in line to check out and if you need help getting it loaded in your car takes way longer. For example I went there to buy a large chicken coop ( only a the chicken coop ) it took an hour and 30 min to accomplish this...it was all looking and waiting for employees...

I had bought a battery for my golf cart back in March. It started to lose its charge. And it wouldnt charge all the way full. Took it back and they exchanged it for no charge. Extremely nice employees. Great prices and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Rural King!!!

Best place to buy nuts & bolts, much cheaper than other places. They sell standard bolts, bolts and washers by the pound.If you havent been to Rural King, imagine if Walmart and Tractor supply had a baby.

This store is the worst Rural King I’ve ever been to, HANDS DOWN!! The way I’ve been treated as a customer this was the last and final straw. Just left another Rural King store over an hour away south of here with them telling me they would price match the item but didn’t have all the stuff in the Home Depot deal. I’m here to get the product price matched and they say “OPE sorry can’t do it.” Why waste my time to drive here, time out of my day and lie? On the other hand, no items on the shelves are ever marked with a price, you have to search the store to find someone who also has no idea. Everything is always mixed up and they are always out of everything you need. This store needs new management and a revamp. While you’re at it clean the disgusting restrooms for once. Save yourself the hassle and go to Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards or Tractor supply. You’ll have a better outcome with service and getting what you need.

So rude!!! One women yelled at a elderly man for just asking her a question!!! And I grabbed a single thing of chlorine cause it was out in a single!!
