They were very accommodating with letting me come into the showroom and even getting us samples of our granite so we could coordinate colors for our kitchen renovation. I was most pleased by the installers who were extremely kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. In addition to the granite, we also ordered our sinks which are fabulous. We would recommend Signature Countertops Inc.

My countertops are BEAUTIFUL! The installers were professional and courteous!Thank you for working with us through it all.Edit: A year later and a repair where I was told that is all he could do. One of my seems looks like horrible (see the photo). I dont have the time to continually taking a day of for a repair. Very disappointed.

I live in Palmyra and traveled to Salem then scottsburg to place an order. The gentleman there told me I was at the wrong location to place an order so he gave me the address to Jeffersonville and told me they would fix me right up. I then drove another 30 minutes to Jeff. But when I arrived a young girl told me she couldnt help me I had to have an appointment. Why did the gentleman in scottsburg let me know that? I explained to her I had driven over an hour to get there but she said Id have to make an appointment and come back. I only wanted 2 remnants for different bathrooms, Im sure I could have picked out something in 10 min or less as Im truly not picky. But they didnt take my needs or my long drive into consideration. Very disappointed!

We had them new granite countertops in our kitchen and were very pleased. Their price was competitive with the big box stores and they were easy to work with.

We started our countertop project in late February, well before Covid 19 had registered with any of us. From our first meeting with Sarah, through actual installation, Signature Countertops were friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. We were treated with courtesy and respect at every step. Sarah was great at helping us navigate the awesome selection to find our perfect choice. And, she did that without pressure or upsale. The final measurements were done quickly and efficiently. And installation, which I was silently dreading, went more smoothly than I ever could have hoped. If you are considering a remodeling project, I recommend Signature Countertops without hesitation. Had VERY large kitchen island granite top & sink replaced. Incredibly good job by Signature. On-time, neat, careful of cabinets and hardwood floors -- and all done within 90 minutes. Cant say enough good things about their installers.

In March of this year we met with Sarah Lytle to find countertops for our kitchen remodel. I had been to countless places trying to find just the right thing. I don’t like “busy” patterns and could not visualize the finished product.Sarah was a huge help! I’m a terrible decision-maker, had to stay within a budget and Sarah’s patience and professionalism eased my mind! Sarah helped me choose two complementing countertops in granite for the perimeter and quartz for the island. I now have a stunning, new kitchen I love!Thank you, Sarah and Signature Countertops!

Me and my wife was recommend by three other customers who said signature was the best and not to go anywhere else. So after going over everything with one of the sales agents. We signed and placed our order and was told to call them when our cabinets were completly installed. And someone would be out 1-3 days to measure. Well 3-1/2 weeks later they came and measured, and then another 3 weeks they came and installed them. They look great! But no one should have to wait almost 7 weeks for counter tops for thier kitchen especially for what they cost! We are not satisfied with the lead time and told them, their reponse was lead times change...I dont mind to pay for good service. The service doesnt match up to the price.And to top it off I just went to install the gas cooktop and the cut out was off 1in front to back so now Im modifying my custom cabinets that were made for this cooktop to drop into.
