Great staff, super friendly

Ordered from them on April 19th. They finally shipped on May 13th. No communication from them on why so long to ship. Had requested 2 updates, first one was never replied to and second one they did. Had nothing on their website about any covid delays. Found a couple wrong things shipped. Sent square brace bands instead of round and wrong size caps. Verified with my order to ensure I ordered correctly and I did. Cost of wrong parts is only around $4 from them so not worried about replacements. Ill just buy local replacement parts.Still though, the caps that were right as well as the bands that were right are very well made and heavy duty so that is why the 3 star. Much better pricing than local hardware stores or fencing stores.

Ordered a product listed as In Stock. 2 weeks after my payment was processed I called to check on my order and was told item was on Back Order. When asked why they were listed as In Stock I was told they were actually in a container 1st Source doesnt have access to. Apparently 1st source products is a Fulfillment Company not an actual store.

My company has been doing business with 1st Source Products for a decade more or less. They are excellent to work with and take care of their customers well.
