Tried the ice cream for the first time over a month ago and tonight was my fourth visit. I dont live locally or it would be more. Every time the ice cream has been amazing and the workers have been great. Zack has been there 3 of the 4 times and is always very friendly. I have to give him a shout out on my second visit. The place was very busy and he was the only one working due to call ins. This young man done a fantastic job taking care of everyone. He kept focused and still managed to have a smile on his face. Great customer service Zack!

So good! I had a small mint mint chocolate chocolate chip. A small is more then enough. My husband had the apple pie ala mode with sugar free ice cream. Well be back.

Been here several times with the kids. They love it a little pricey but if you have the money to splurge/live a little why not! The staff is also very nice

The ice cream is good, consistent with the brand. But both times Ive been to this location the restrooms had no soap and sanitizer dispensers throughout the store are all empty.

TERRIBLE‼️‼️...I ORDERED A CAKE ONLINE FOR A BIRTHDAY in a reasonable amount of time...not only was it not completed....I wasnt notified until I got there to pick it up....TOTALLY PISSED😡.I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN🤞

Just had ice cream from this place for the first time. And have to say Im really impressed I got the founders special or signature (somthing like that) it was so so good. The staff were all really friendly and nice. I really really liked it.Ps: it might be cause Im pregnant but oh my gosh it was super good. Highly recommend

Disgusting. They give Cold stone a horrible name. Two girls/workers and like 6 of their friends were behind the counter in some type of weird huddle when we walked in but that was just the start. When they mixed my ice cream they hadn’t cleaned the counter so I ultimately ended up getting like 8 flavors I didn’t request. My cup was overflowing and spilling out on the counter just like my girlfriends milkshake. I’m sure all the people behind the counter didn’t work there unless cold stone just likes having 8 employees closing. Management or owners should really step in if they intend on keeping this business going. I won’t return.

Disappointed in what I received when I ordered to Dough For It in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. This was immediately after they gave it to me. It was already this melted.

Normally great ice cream and adequate service, but incredibly frustrating to make a special trip just to find them “closed” 45 minutes before their posted closing time with employees still at the counter.

We had more than one issue. We were the only customers here at the store. There were 2 young girls working. We got prompt service, but far from friendly and almost rude. They seemed to be in a big hurry. The girl that made mine left 1/3 of it on the counter (why not put it in my cup?!), and my husband, who ordered a Love it size, had the same amount of ice cream as me. His was also barely mixed up. The ice cream was also more icy than it has been before, as if maybe they arent going through enough of product to keep it fresh. It is a Saturday night. We got here right before 9:00 pm. The sign on the door says they close at 10:00. They turned off the lights and locked the doors as soon as we walked out the door. I dont think this place is going to make it much longer with this kind of service.

Waited in line for 25 minutes just to come face to face with employee not wearing any gloves flinging her hair in the CUSTOMERS icecream infront of me so much that the CUSTOMERS behind us noticed calling it out at which we all noticed the open wounds all over her hands which sent us running out the door. Tried to call corporate but its just an answer machine, still left details message

The girl working didnt take time to mix the toppings into the ice cream. She stabbed it and turned it twice, then scooped it into the waffle bowl. Half of the ice cream had nothing mixed into it. She made 2 large in about 3 minutes. That was the quickest ice cream creation in history. When my husband asked her to remake it, she acted very mad and the new one had hardly any toppings at all in it. Also, both orders were for a large. The one we had remade was in a waffle bowl and only had half of the amount of ice cream as the one in a cup. We dumped it out of the waffle bowl into the cup to confirm our theory. Ive never had any problems at Cold Stone Creamery in Louisville. People with attitude problems should not be working with the public, especially not by themselves.

I LOVE Cold Stone Creamery. I used to go a lot when I vacationed in Arizona. Its kind of pricey but you get what you pay for & BEST ICE CREAM EVER! I took a 3 yr old & I had already told her how awesome it was going to be. She saw everything & squealed with excitement. Cold Stone Creamery did not disappoint.

Google says you are open ‘til 10p.m. Your Facebook page says you are open ‘til 10p.m. The sign to the right of your door says you are open ‘til 10p.m. Meanwhile, at 9:00p.m. 4 people walk out of the store and my husband, one person, is walking in. Employee says “we close at 9p.m. and locks the door and goes back in. What happened to customer service? Not to mention, it is NOT that difficult to change your hours on the internet. Or maybe put a sign on your door. You know who we can always rely on...Dairy Queen.

The ice cream was good however service was not. When we got in line there were about 6 people in front of us so it took a few minutes as expected. There were 2 girls working & one would not stop talking. Every customer she helped she would start making their order then say Wait, I forgot did you want this or that? Once it was time for us to place our order the one who couldnt seem to remember anything decided to first get on her cell phone then take the trash out & stayed gone until my group of 3 was paying for our order. When she came back she just kept moving stuff around and not helping the next 5 or so customers who were in line behind us. While we were there both employees were back & forth between making orders & cash register & at no time did either think it would be a good idea to wash their hands or put gloves on after touching money and going back to making orders. Sure they may not be touching the ice cream but if you get a cone or waffle bowl they sure are touching those & that is gross! If they are touching money then making orders & touching customers cones right in front of a huge line then who knows what they are doing when no one is watching! Also there is a lot of waste going on, every time someone asked for a topping they would get a spoonful & walk over to the trash can to sprinkle it on the ice cream so that more wound up in the trash then anywhere else. I would think the best way for that is to sprinkle it over whatever the topping is that way so much isnt wasted but I guess that doesnt make any sense. If we did decide to try this place again it will definitely be a good while due to the fact one girl doesnt even want to work & neither know how to wash their hands!

The quality of their ice cream is beyond superb. The customer service meets, but usually surpasses, the quality of their products. Their people are quick with taste tests if you are like me and get overwhelmed by the choices available to satisfy your sweet tooth.Prices may seem a little high at first glance but once you taste your creation, you realize it is worth every penny. They could charge me double for the Birthday Cake Remix and I would gladly take out a mortgage to purchase it.Be forewarned. Im not totally sure but I think they put crack in the ice cream to cause it to be so addictive.I gave it 5 stars, only because there werent any more to give. This place deserves at least 10 stars.

Holy cow this place is delicious! Id never had cold Stone before because I was intimidated by the prices. I ordered a large shake, and was not disappointed. The ice cream tastes fresh and was so much food! Ill absolutely return.

Internet says open til 10. Drive up there with family at 9:15 and they were closed.

Normally love it but, long line and only 1 worker. When I got my order it didnt have all of the ingredients but, I didnt want to wait to get it right

Great ice cream just felt like we were being rushed with no1 in the store by the girl working there would be 5 stars if staff was friendly little pricey 2 $15 for 2 large ice creams but still tasted good.

Rude staff, which are high school kids with no manners. They are not about being friendly, helping customers (would rather talk to each other), etc. They also have friends hanging out at the tables that are supposed to be for customers but no one can sit there if their friends take up the table. Bad experience, we live 5 minutes away but I would rather go to Culvers or DQ for ice cream than here.

Great ice cream Ive been there several times same girl is always working. She does an awesome job. But they need more help in there cuz theres always a line when I go in.

Ice cream is fantastic staff is nice, one in particular is very chatty another not so much the first time we were there she was in the back cleaning while the other 2 where out front with a line out the door, 5 customers actually left because of this. Second night, yes we were there 2 nights in a row it was that good. she was out front this time but she was making waffle bowls, evidently she is not a multitasker, because instead of helping the others she just stood there bragging about how awesome she was at making waffle bowls she could have easily checked people out while the waffles cooked. The other one had blue hair we asked for a sample she gave us the sample than walked off rather than ask the other 2 people I was with what they wanted after about 4 min she asked the talkative one to take care of us. Honestly shes (the talker) the only one who seems to really bust her butt the rest seem to spend more time doing stuff to get out of dealing with the customers. Owners might want to rethink some of the staffing.

We had been waiting for Cold Stone location to open. When they opened, they did not disappoint. The service was fantastic, ice cream was very good, and the nondairy was out of this world. Will be there atleast once a week.

Walking in, I was immediately greeted kindly by the staff. Both were more than happy to serve me and my little sister. I have never tried Coldstone, but have always heard wonderful things. Naturally, I saw all of the flavors and immediately wanted to try some! The staff was refreshingly enthusiastic to give me all the samples I wanted! It wasn’t busy when I walked in, but the staff was alert, fast-paced, and caring at the same time. I had blueberry and banana ice cream on a dipped waffle cone.The staff convinced me to try something out of my comfort zone and I loved it (literally bc the size I picked was the ‘Love it’ size).I walked in and walked out a satisfied customer. I will be returning.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at an ice cream place.i felt I was rushed to place my order and I was the only person in the whole place. I ordered two different milk shakes and both of them was like drinking milk with a little ice cream added to them they were just very runny and had no flavor.

Had a great experience at Coldstone Creamery Jeffersonville. Jessica and Carlo did a great job today. Jessica really loaded us up with some toppings and it was well mixed.

Ice cream is amazing, you can put just about anything in it (I got coffee with marshmallows), and the people here are super friendly and nice.

Service and staff performance was great but Widows down on the river in downtown Jeff is just so much better.

The girl working was very quite, not very friendly, had her long hair hanging down and was not wearing gloves. Also she didn’t chop and mix the ice cream with other ingredients properly as I have seen done at many other Coldstones I have been to across the country. I was overall disappointed.
