The sales associate was rude and nasty. She didnt want to deal with me because she didnt know my builder and kept telling me shed been there 19years. All I wanted to do was pick out lighting for my home.

I purchased my entire lighting for my lake home from Keller Lighting. One of the globes to my pendant lighting was broke along with the bulb. I went into Keller Lighting on Sept. 9th. The globe had to be special ordered but the bulbs were in stock. I went ahead and paid for two bulbs and the globe and was told I would be notified when the globe came in. Since this was a lake home I decided to wait till the globe came in so a special trip was not needed for the bulbs. When the globe did arrive I made a trip to the lake to find out that the bulbs were not the correct ones. I took the bulbs back on Oct. 10th and was told that no exchanges could be made after 30 days. These bulbs were not special ordered. The clerk went to the back and bought out the two bulbs. Which is exactly why I questioned them not being able to be returned. Closing every day at 5 pm except Thursday makes it very difficult for a working person to be able to adhere to these store hours within a 30 day window especially when waiting on a special order. The cost was $19.90 plus tax however it is more about the principle. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store throughout the years and just hope that no other problems arise with my lighting because I will not be going back to Keller Lighting.P.S. It doesnt help to contact management (Leigh Ann Keller).

Loved the selection and prices were very competitive

Recently puchased several thousand dollars in lighting from Keller Lighting. I was advise by a gentleman, I believe was the owner, to purchase a down rod for a ceiling fan and then cut to the desired length. My electrician would not cut this rod, and when I tried to return Keller refused to exchange, stating it was a custom order. I explained that I was advise to order this rod from Keller personel. I was told no one would have advised me to do this (basically calling me a liar and they would not aloow a return or exchange. I puposely try to use local businesses but I will NEVER purchase from Keller again.
