Office staff is super friendly. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Fast but thorough with information. Decent prices and the property is clean!

If you need somewhere to keep your extra things, trying to clean out the garage, or store stuff during a move then they have all different size units to fit your needs. They are pest free, clean, and fair priced so check them out.

So far they have been extremely nice and have a good product for the price.

Elk Ridge is one of the greatest places in Jeff for storage. The new Management team is great! Been with them for eight years, no problems at all.

Do not rent here! New owner is shady! Refuses to communicate with customers so he can collect late fees. There are better place to rent from. Do your researchNo thanks. Your response is typical BS. Treat your people better by contacting them before the fee hits. Word is out you’re doing this on purpose to make more money. Word is out about your practices

My husband tried to call to ask about storing his travel trailer. He went to leave a voicemail and immediately got a text message saying they were blocking his number. We have been customers of this storage facility before and they were fine. Expensive but fine. Our speculation is that his number was blocked because we have California numbers? California numbers because my husband was Active duty military and that’s where they had sent us. I guess we will just go elsewhere even though this location is super convenient for us.😏
