I wish this could remain my go to pharmacy, but they dont have arrows directing the flow and are NOT requiring customers to have face masks.Excuse me folks.... Where are you going to find the most vulnerable people? THE PHARMACY. They so happily greeted the 5 people in line with NO mask... As if thats acceptable.Sorry rite aid.. Im taking mine and my families hundreds of dollars in prescriptions to a place that cares about it patrons.

Everything is priced at nearly double what is listed online or literally anywhere else. The staff was rude when I asked if they price matched their own damn website.

We have been using this pharmacy for almost a year. The first pharmacist we worked with was wonderful. He was extremely helpful and courteous. However, there is another pharmacist that we have encounter the last few times that is ARROGANT and has ZERO customer service skills. Because of him, we will be switching to another pharmacy even though this one is the most convenient for us.

Im switched to Rite Aide a year ago and have had no problems. Quick and easy pick up!

The items here are fine, very convenient. But the cashiers are always short with you and seem like they don’t want to help you.

I can’t buy a mt dew for the sale price without providing my email and phone number. Are you kidding me I’ll never buy from any riteaid again.
