My phone has not worked in days. Emergency calls only. I stopped by the Jenison location on my lunch hour today. Within 5 minutes Eric had my phone up and running. All while he was working with another couple at the same time. Your knowledge and quick service are very much appreciated!!! Thank you!
I was helped by Eric. He was very polite. Helped me transfer services to tmobile, answered all my questions and I had an amazing service. I recommend asking for Eric when you come in. He is great.I recommend he get a promotion.
I want to give a huge shoot out to the Jenison T-Mobile...all staff are amazing! Especially the Store Manager Jason, awesome customer service! On 2 separate occasions, he spent hours with me trying to problem solve, and didnt finished until we reached resolution. Thanks Jason
Waited for thirty minutes to get help yesterday evening. I was offered an appointment for today which I scheduled for 6. I arrived 5 minutes early checkin in by name and said I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes to be helped to watch the employees start helping a walk-in customer. Horrible service. Grandville store was able to make an appointment and help me immediately.
Worker was nice and all but he had no idea what he was doing, we wanted to upgrade two of our phones on our plan and after nearly an hour and a half of being there we left without the upgrades. Yesterday we went to the tmobile in grandville by target and the woman who helped us was able to get us taken care of within 30 minutes. Much better experience at that location, we will be making the trip out to grandville in the future so we can have competent and friendly help from the employees there!
I had such a wonderful experience here! I had been to another T-Mobile store to upgrade my devices and it didnt go as planned. I was a sprint customer who needed to transition to T-Mobile I was directed over to this store. They took the time to make sure that I got a refund for the mishandled transaction and helped me upgrade as planned. I cant thank them enough for making sure I was 100% satisfied. This will be my go to store in the future.

I stopped in around 5:30 PM on a Wednesday, it was crazy busy and there were only two employees working at the time. An awesome employee named Maurice helped me out and cleared all areas of confusion I had. He was super nice, incredibly friendly, and was an impressive multitasker. he remained cool and calm despite being overwhelmed by customer needs. The service here was fantastic!

Terrible customer service!
I purchased a phone online and selected pick up in store, went to pick up my order from the store and due to some unforeseen issues was unable to complete my order that day. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to re-order online because I had already chose to pick up in store, the sales representative (Ryan), assured me that because I was not completing my pick up in the store there would be no problem and my order should fall off after three days and I would be able to re-order online. It has been over two weeks now and I have had to jump through thousands of hoops to get this order canceled, I had called the store several times spoke to the same sales rep he told me I would have to call Sprint, I called sprint several times they told me that they needed to contact the store in order to get the order canceled. Sprint tried to contact the store and they were unable to get through during business hours when Sprint finally did reach the representative at the sprint store he told them no problem he would cancel the order in the store and then I should have no issues re-ordering online. Why didn’t this representative just cancel the order when I was in there over two weeks ago when I asked him about it!? The store is clearly incompetent and I would not recommend them to anyone!
Says they are open but closed until further notice. Glad I wasted my time. Dont get sprint if you are used to good service 3 months of the worst signals Ive had in over 10 years. Absolute joke. And now seems to have gotten worse since the merge.
My friend and I were both here and we both reviewed bad customer service from the old lady that works there. She needs some new training, or a new job!

Ive been with sprint for about 9 years now and Ive never been a fan of their customer service (I have a strong feeling Im not the only one who feels that way), but I have to say this location, their sales reps, and their outstanding level of customer service has restored some faith in sprint. They were very personal and were not pushy at all. They listened fully and answered any question we had asked to the best of their ability. Last but not least, they were straight shooters. They didnt church anything up or try to pull the wool over your eyes. I cant even think of one complaint about anything or anyone who was working while I was there. Stellar performance. My hat is off to the crew here, keep up the good work!
